Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

the hotel staffs were not friendly enough and the hotel seem a bit old. the hotel and the room are big tho. the quality of breakfast was just on average. one good thing is the hotel is close to the taxi boat and it was faster to take it to the city area.

Very large hotel with nice swimming pools
8
our family really enjoyed our stay at prince palace. the two large swimming pools were great for the kids. breakfast had a lot of variety but closes at 10am exactly as we discovered one morning so don't be a minute late. internet access in the cafe was a bit expensive.
the location is a bit out of the way with not much happening at night in terms of restaurants.
Shopping Tip:
Wholesale clothes market in the streets below the hotel are worth a look.

Huge hotel, great breakfast, lovely rooftop
7
We stayed here for 2 nights before returning home. Huge hotel with a huge roof top patio with a pool and bar. Items are very pricey at this hotel so be careful what you order. The breakfaast buffet is huge and a great value for the price, if you can get it included in your room cost. The location was a bit out of the way for us as we enjoy walking around the city, it's pretty far to Kosan road, like 15 mins via taxi. But its a safe, comfortable hotel in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip:
Be careful when shopping for jewelry, do not trust the cab drivers and even your hotel manager if you are looking to purchase jewelry. Go on your own to the jewelry areas and go to the jewelry stores that have security guards and English speaking employees.

My Favourite Hotel in Bangkok
7.3
i have been to bkk many times but for the last 3 times, i have decided to stay in prince palace hotel simply because of the location and the performance of the staff. the hotel staff (with an exception of a few ones) made my stay enjoyable. the location is great, just ten minutes to mbk and breakfast at the hotel is awesome. never regret staying there.

Crowded hotel with nice interiors
There is a some cloth wholemarket in the building, good for large groups and conferences
5.3
A spacious hotel with a nice interior, suitable for conferences and celebrations. From staying with children - not so good because the noise and lot of peoples.
We stayed in a Family Suite. It was a small room with one bathroom, furnished the nineties and the lack of any dish other than the two cups and four glasses.
The internet available only in lobby for 100 Bath for 10 minutes.
Management during our stay:
- there was a breakage the electronic lock in the entrance door of our room and we have had to sit outside the door several times for fifteen minutes with young children waiting for manager with keys that every time "just walked up to us and we will have 5 minutes".
- Teaspoons is missing (in the presence of cups and tea in the room).
The result - a not bad value for money (only when provided 50% discount)

Nice hotel with friendly staff.
The staff are by far, the hotel's best feature.
9.3
the air conditioner, coming on automatically, is a bit annoying.
the internet louge has very slow computers, but the girls working there are very beautiful and helpful.
the patio area is a nice place for a late-night burger.
the restaurant serves very nice breakfasts.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hire the guides in front of the hotel, and tell them clearly what you want to see and do.
More cash can be found at the bank around the corner.
Do not accept the prices offered for various shop goods at first offer. Haggle a bit.
Be nice to the girls.
