Not a 4 star anymore
Lobby, restaurants, pool
The stay was ok. Staff was nice and courteous. The room was musty and old. There was a hole in the wall(room 2718). The throw pillows they put on our beds were stained with who knows what bodily fluids. Quite disgusting!!!! It is priced like a 2-3 star hotel and that's about what you get in the room. If you are going to Bangkok to shop at the markets, this is in a great location for that, for anything else, you are out on your own.

Good place to stop
rooftop bar, rooftop swimming pool, value for money
It's an amazing place to stay in, especially for the price requested (I got a suite in the 20th floor for 50$/night) Breathtaking views from the pool+bar area to the city (11th floor). Don't buy additional services there - their price will be twice or thee-times more than those you get outside.

Cleanliness, Comfortable Room & Old Market Surrounding
More than 5 times I stay at this hotel. Good points no need to mention again, only weak points need to improved. No free WiFi, expensive charges at lobby if want to use!

nice and clean hotel with central location
the ambience and quiteness with good food
It was an excellant stay looked after well the breakfast included a lot of varity for npn-veg but vegetarians it has nothing worth eating except fruits corn flakes that too with cold milk. Even tea or coffee had to be taken with cold milk. Pool dip is quite refereshing with live singing one can enjoy the evening in peace over drinks. It is a good value for money hotel

Ok hotel. Location felt isolated.
Price. Relatively modern room. Near outdoor market on weekend.

Good value - but room was a little tired
Overall the hotel was good value. The location is central in Bangkok, but it is not walking distance to anywhere. So whilst it's only a 10 min taxi/tuk tuk ride to most attractions, the 200 baht fares start to add up. The actual building and common areas are really nice, but I found my room a bit tired and damp. Very spacious room though. Overall Id be happy to return if I can get a similarly reasonable price.
