Very Good
Good location and facilities. Staff is good, except the poor english communication, that seemed so common in Bangkok.

No wifi in the room? Seriously? Also, towels smell
No wifi in the room? Seriously? Also, towels smell like rotten rat. Carpet and everything is dated. Food is not good. Ambiance is creepy. No bidet. No outlet to charge smartphones. Furnishings need an upgrade. Receptionist are not nice. Furthermore, there's a door between my room and the next room and the lock is on the other side. For peace of mind, you should have installed lock on both rooms. I wouldn't book in this hotel next time. Sorry.

Worst Place in Bangkok
Too start off with the shower leaked all over the floor.I rang reception 4 Times, then had two supervisors visit with me to say its the same in every room. They then got the service attendant to lay towels everywhere, speaking to me as if I was stupid. Then the AC was either freezing cold or boiling hot.Every staff member I spoke to was rude to me and the worst I had to experience in all of Thailand. I then thought I may have something to eat in the extremely overpriced Restaraunt.Im a Vegetarian and the Waiter found this amusing because the only thing I was able to order was a salad.I then have them all telling each other this and as I can understand Thai, had to listen to them saying how stupid I was and they hoped I would leave straight away. Each time I put my knife and fork down asking if I had finished.I loved the view and was taking my time watching the storm, but as there were 7 staff members and 2 supervisors watching my every move just got beyond a joke.8 times i was asked if i wanted the cheque, when I was not ready. Also there is false advertising about the Gym,as it costs a Extra $300 Baht. I also paid for 2 and told them my friend would be over later that evening but when she arrived was told that it would be a extra $600 Baht. THis was horrendous place and I would never ever let any Human Being endure what I had to at this Hotel. It made me sad, upset and thinking the THai people in this establishment are rude and very racist.I honestly hope that something is done before any other poor person has to put up with this treatment.A disgrace.

A night in Prince Palace
Towels, tissues, soaps and shampoos were not provided until we inquired. the room is quite dark, slightly scary. TV is not functioning. Don't have anything much to say. Staffs are ok. Amenities are fine.

the staff was good and professional. I was forgetten my 2 gold rings inside the room . After realizing 2 hours after . I went back panick and angry . they were few of staff professional and patient . even they do not understand english 100% but they were so kind. they kept my gold ring and integrity . I almost haveheart attack losing it :( but overall is a great experience staying there near by with every place . The train is like 10min walk near hua lampong subway station. Theres BTS station nearby too . National stadium station. Near MBK , chinatown , little india like 10-15MIN walks. During weekend theres alot of night market :)
