Very superb execellent Hotel. Breakfast also so good, Easy to go partunam by boat, Having shopping mall below the Hotel, Very friendly cummunicatation with customers welcoming by serving welcome drink near the lobby. Lobby itself situatated at 11 th floor. Very big hotel.

This hotel is quite idle for Honey moon'ers , business man as well as family man. It's very big hotel, Fantastic location beside shopping malls, Connectivity is perfect as well as road or river. Despite the star rating is 4, its certifies for 7 *.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping to Partunam , go by boat. Else there itself having lots of shops. No one can shop or analise the area in 2 days. because it's a ocean not a pond

Do not book tours from the tour company located within hotel lobby, they were the most disappointing part of our Thailand holiday.
The tour are run extremely poorly, very poorly disorganised and not very informative, use vans that one can not see out of if seated at the back so 10-12 hour tour you look at the ceiling of the van, as well as get moved from van to van throught out day,
Find a different touring company, the Kwan,attaya tours worth seeing but by a more reputable tour company. The city tour is a rip off state 4-5 hour pick up at hotel at 845 dropped off at 1130 at a high priced gem shop to spend $$ saw 3 temples and a tiny bit of the city, then waited 45 minutes to get shuttle back to hotel
Hotel and staff are great, worth staying there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do not use tour company in the hotel to book trips, totally hopeless company.

The hotel location is not too bad, it is off the main street and can get to the main street easy. There are plenty clothing shops more for locals however it may suit some others. Taxis are plentiful to get anywhere but probabaly wiser to catch the ones from main street as the ones in front of hotel a little pricey. Internet is not free and have to purchase a card. It is not very cheap. Breakfast is fine with a good variety to choose from.

This is a good value hotel, getting a suite instead of a room. But it is a long way from the front of hotel, a lift, via reception, a long walk, another lift and a walk to your room.
Pool is a great location, especially at night with spectacular views.
Buffet breakfast is just ok, but if it's just a few quid in the price, then have it.
Market underneath is excellent for clothing. As for taxis, make sure you are clear on a price or insist on the meter being switched on, which is even better.
Shopping Tip:
You can spend hours in the clothing market underneath. Do it, it's an opportunity not be missed. there is nothing else within walking distance.
