Rooms and hotel facilities are very clean and staff are friendly and polite.
As a business traveler, this is my second time that I stayed in this hotel. I was happy with my room size and room service. Technical problem with internet access was attended to very quickly.
Very clean facilities and friendly/polite staff, reasonable rates.
Location - traffic jam and sometimes difficult to find a taxi willing to go to this part of town.
- Shopping Tip : The centre of cheap t-shirt wholesalers.

Chatuchak weekend market is 20 to 30 minutes ride (depends on the traffic).
must take a taxi-metered. you can pay for the toll fee instead of the driver (they can cheat you when asking for the
total fare). Suvarnabhumi airport is less than an hour ride (of course it all depends on the traffic jam).
The staffs here are friendly, approachable and know how to speak English fluently (big plus for them). when you asked them for a specific area they can tell you where and how to get there fast and cheaper as well. with regard
to their facilities it's really clean and can live their standard as a 4 star hotel. the rooms are clean and quiet, the housekeepers are friendly and smiles a lot.
Nothing much...aside from our dead phone line on the second day. There's nothing to worry about coz they responded immediately. There are a lot of vendors on the facade (on the stairs of the hotel itself!) much better if they can take action about it.
- Travel tip : There's a B1,000 deposit when you check in... if you are looking for a fast and cheaper outfit just go down a few steps from the hotel and you can find vendors selling clothes.

Hotel is close to MBK centre for shopping and also has lots of cloth markets downstairs, it has a nice pool on the 11th floor and the rooms have a good view of Bangkok and a great price for rooms as well. Have stayed there a couple of times and will stay there again when next in Bangkok.
Close to MBK centre for shopping, nice rooms, good views from top floors of towers, staff nice except reception staff.
Reception staff rude, sometimes hard for taxi drivers to find.

The hotel is in the middle of Bangkok & it is very easy to go everywhere. The room is big & clean. The swimming pool is nice at the 11 floor & the view too. Breakfast wasn't good, we didn't eat the last two mornings that we were there.
A very big hotel. Have a swimming pool. Good location!!
Breakfast wasn't really good.

We reach the hotel around 4am in Bangkok and the staff is very helpful direct us for check in. The hotel downstairs is the garment wholesale market. it open from 3am to 12pm. is very convenient for the hotel guest who likes go shopping. The price compare to others Pratunam markets is even more cheaper. We definitely will stay for next trip.
Basically the hotel is near to the expressway..therefore it is quite convenient...
hotel room also big n clean.. definitely will stay for next trip
The breakfast of the hotel can make some improvement as there is limited choices.
good price

After we were not satisfied with the Elegance Suite Hotel, we changed to Prince Palace Hotel. The hotel is very nice, big, and the rooms are great. The only problem for us was that the windows did not open at all (very high building). So if you smoke, you must sleep with your own smoke. Otherwise, everything was fine. Maybe the staff at the reception should speak better English. WiFI is not available in all rooms. This was very bad, and it was also very expensive in the lobby. All their services are very expensive. Normally the taxi to the airport costs 400 Baht, but they charged 1000. The breakfast was so great. TV channels have only Thai language. Even the Discovery Channel was in Chinese or Thai. Outside is the Bobae market to buy some things, and 7/11 is there also. But no sky train or underground available near the hotel.
Very nice hotel, very nice rooms, clean, nice staff, and excellent breakfast.
Location, you have to take a Tuk-Tuk, or taxi, and the TV channels
- Shopping Tip : Bobae market

We had a small bag with a necklace stolen from our room as only hotel employees have access, be very careful what you leave in room and allows carry your valuables with you. The only time our bags were left unattended was at the hotel we stayed, we contacted night shift manager and told him that we would contact police as to missing item to which he told us we would be in more trouble if we called police. Unbelievable as we did nothing wrong. Day shift manager was better he at least had security involved and interviewed cleaners (that is what he told us)the necklace was never retrieved so be very careful with any valuables. The necklace has not been retrieved. Hotel taxi to pattaya 3500baht, any other taxi 1000 to 1200 baht..always check prices.
The chinese restaurant had great service and very good food, i would give a 10 out of 10.
Night shift duty manager needs replacing with someone who would try and help the customer rather than treat them as a criminal.
- Shopping Tip : Very close to all markets.
really a good hotel

I could really enjoy the stay in this hotel with perfect comfort. You can find all kinds of facilities in the hotel and all of them were quite good condition. The hotel itself is a landmark in that location and therefore you may not face any difficulty to tell your driver the location. Just tell your driver to go “Bo Bae Tower” and you can get the hotel. Good place to do shopping as this is the place of a wholesale market mainly selling clothes.
good room with all kinds of equipment
need to walk a lot in the hotel and it is complicated like a maze.
- Shopping Tip : you can find really cheap clothes here.
