Comfortable, easily check in, good service
Have many buildings but have less signs to tell the guest about the direction.
Internet fee is very high.
We booked this hotel for our guest from China because we think that this hotel is quite comfortable and is the located in the city. Therefore, we think that it was very easy to accompany our guest to visit Bangkok and other adjacent city. Our guest also feel very comfortable and have a good service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Can easily access to the center of Bangkok like Grand Palace, many beautiful temples.

Comfortable hotel with good service. Hotel location is the most important as it's easily access to the City and also the tourist attractions.
Less signs in the hotel to tell guest about the direction to Lobby or anywhere.
We decided to book this hotel for our guest from China as we thought that this hotel provide convenience to us. Such as hotel accomodation that divided in to smoking and non-smoking zone and the location of this hotel is very very easy to access many tourist attractions in BKK like Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha Temple, Wat Pho, etc.

Good Breakfast
Helpful Staff
Spacious Room
Far from BTS & MTR route.
The price is consider cheap for the deluxe room. The room is very spacious and clean. Within walking distance it has three 7eleven & alots of local food stall. The breakfast is great & huge variety to choose from. We stay at 25th floor so it is above all the noise and traffic pollution, so we have a peaceful sleep. the only downside of this hotel is it's far from the BTS and MTR route.

none, looks nice but thats it, oh clean room.
security was nil, sure guards all over but no help, forget about any care for you, took 4 calls (1 in Thai) to get electric problem fixed. no one cares, they say whatever gets you to go away. this place is like a movie set, looks awesome, but nothing is on otherside of door. stay away, I will never return or refer anyone to that place, sorry I paid for 6 days, after 1 I would have gone elsewhere.
Unbelievable, the service was bad, order what you want they bring what they want. no one trys to help, its false, smile is what they do,I was with my cousin and Thai fiance, in 2 bdrm and best this was cleaning ladies, sweet nice helpful, the rest of staff lies and were not helpful at all. Booked tour at front desk asked if it was Grand Pearl tour group, was told yes, asked again to make sure and was assured it was, well no it wasn't, I paid more for a bad tour, while I knew Grand Pearl was good as I have been on before. There are so many hotels to go to don't waster time. We were looking to find nice hotel for our wedding and rooms for out of country guest but it will not be this place for sure, Four Wing will get my service!
Hotel Feature Tip : the best thing was lunch buffet and Prince cafe 12th floor. but at a steep cost of 20 usd. per person but was great choices and flavors to bad the rest of this place sucks, limo drivers bad wait staff don't listen to your order and then get mad if you send it back, oh I can list many things bad about here, and I'm not demanding at all, this was just so bad.

Pool, breakfast, value for money
Internet access, room service quality
This hotel has become my regular accomodation whenever I come to Bangkok, which happens about twice a year. I have had the opportunity to travel with three friends this time, and have stayed in the three bedroom suite. I was very impressed with the suite, and the value for money is incredible. Note that there are several towers in the hotel, and each tower is of different quality. Try to get a room in Tower B or C for best accomodations. Avoid using the internet there as it is expensive, and requires the purchase of 15 minute cards, which are only good for a single use, regardless of how much time you use in that use.
Shopping Tip : Bobae tower has some of the bet shopping in bangkok. It is a wholesale market with incredible prices. Bargaining is always a good idea anyway...

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
Easy accessible to whole sales area.
Spacious room
Very big hotel with 3 towers
Cleanliness can be improved
Not accessible by train (quite far)
Hotel very big, from entrance walk to our room take 10 min with quite a number of stairs. The design is grand with spacious walk-way. Though the hotel itself does not look good from outside but the interior design is comfortable. Our room is spacious but our bath tubs got some stains on it. So we need to run the water through. Other than that its a good stay with friendly staff especially helpful receptionist. They will be gladly show you the way around Bangkok.
Shopping Tip : The shopping center beside this hotel, I think is Bobae Tower is good for whole sales items. Almost all shops sell in 3 pcs, 6pcs or 12pcs. Its get cheaper as the number of pcs you buy increase. There are some shops that sell single item but more expensive. Its less crowded, under air-con, no need to bargain (as it is cheap already) and just beside this hotel.

Expensive and non user friendly internet access
Its a very beautiful hotel, in a great location close to shopping and Khaosan road. The decor of the hotel is very nice. The breakfast is good despite being quite crowded. There are a couple pools and both are very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and speaks good english as well. In order to use internet you have to purchase cards which are single use and valifd for only 15 minutes, which is quite annoying.

Breakfast, staff friendliness, decor, location, pool.
I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years. I keep returning because each stay is pleasant and comfortable. Its great value for money, and the location is uperbly close to shopping, sightseeing and nightlife. Most of the guests in this hotel are older, which keeps it quiet and well ordered. The hotel is located in Bobae Tower, which has some of the best and cheapest shopping in Bangkok, with an emphasis on wholesale textile shops. There is good sound insolation in the rooms, so you can be quiet or loud without disturbing the other occupants. This is a great hotel so I will definitely be using it again, and probably every time I go to Bangkok. Enjoy your stay here!

Shopping underneath hotel excellent
Hotel is located very close to MBK and other Shopping towers. Train access can also be used but taxi or walk to hotel is required at end of journey. Hotel was clean and rooms are great size. Food was good and the hotel restaurants upstairs are well priced. Staff were very helpful in all instances.
Shopping Tip : Great location to MBK and Major shopping tower plus had shops under building.

Location,helpful staff,resturant.
Good start was booked in with no problems, into a superior room. The room was afair size with comfy bed and clean linen but the room and equipment was all tied and worn and old.The room had no balcony and window looked out into a small internal area. Was woken the first morning at 8 in the morning by hammering and drilling.Yes they were renovating the floor above us !We comlained on the second morning as woken up the same time and they offered to move us but was sure you would have heard the banging anywhere in the hotel !
Had a great value for money resturant on the 5th floor ,half price buffet for hotel guests, with Hardys wine as much as you can drink and as much food as you can eat for five uk pounds a bargin..
Good location but would only go back once they have finished the hotel renovations..
Restaurant Tip : The buffet resturant on the 5th floor was nice food and cheap

Good location for sightseeing, excellent value
None as far as we were concerned
We booked on line several months in advance basing our decision on the information on the net and customer reviews. We were not disappointed. Easy access to the hotel from the toll road made the journey from the airport only 35 mins which in a metered taxi came to 350 bhats. The reception is actually on the 11th floor. Below that is a shopping complex. This actually made no difference at all and once inside you were not aware of this point at all. The staff were excellent and the suite living that we had booked rates a 10 out of 10 from us. You will not be disappointed with this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Be a little adventurous and get the boat taxi just outside the hotel to the Golden Mount and then take it to MBK which is a large store that contains everything. Hang on tight though!!

Close to landmarks - Grand Palace, Reclining Buddha, Jade Buddha, Ko San road etc
Nice suite
Few staff spoke English
Far from city and rail line
Hotel restaurant food pricey and not very good
Given this was our first time in Thailand, we spent limited time in the hotel and our suite room served well as a clean, well kept and large base to return to at the end of the day and for this purpose I would recommend it. If however your destination is a hotel to relax in I would not choose the Prince Palace. The hotel resturants are overpriced and provide poor fare for vegetarians, this dietary need was further complicated by many of the staff speaking limited English.
The prince palace was conveniently located near destinations and landmarks of interest to tourists such as ourselves, being - The Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Pho (plus many others) and Ko San Road. So if you came to Bangkok to see landmarks this hotel is great - but if you came for shopping at or around Siam Square, I would try for something closer to the city centre. Although there is no shortage of authentic food and market stalls literally surrounding the hotel.
Restaurant Tip : For vegetarian/vegan travellers, there is a wonderful vegetarian/vegan restuarant near the hotel. Head to Ko San Road and at one end there is a Burger King, go to the alley behind the Burger King and you will find a restuarant called May Kaidee. It absolutely saved us food wise! Try the red curry vegetables steamed in a banana leaf - it is superlative!
