The Prom delivered as promised again and as long as they keep this standard up, we will always be back! The hotel is fairly new and the superior room is quite large with a very comfy bed, LCD tv and it seems they've upgraded their tv channels to the Thai cable True Visions with over 90 channels being crystal clear.
The hotel is located right behind the Big C Shopping Centre on Ratchadaphisek Rd so if you have an Agoda printout ready the taxi driver shouldnt have a problem finding it. The Big C has a food court along with a Kfc and few other restaurants and once you walk to the front of Big C and turn right, the MRT underground train station is about 3 minute walk away. The area is heavily populated by locals therefor nobody knows english but everything is cheaper!
Asoke/sukhumvit can be reached 3 stops later,all in all a budget stay with no tourists or bars in plain view.

We had a nice stay, rooms are nice and large size.. clean, internet works, but not in rooms...had to use in lobby area.
The only problem we experienced here was checking-in.. we arrived early and there were no rooms available so we had to wait for about 4 hours to check-in...nobody's fault perhaps, but after a long flight this was not ideal..!

My daughter and my stay was good, although I requested an early check-in as our flight arrived at 5:30am, we couldn't get into our room untill 2:00pm, we were tired and wanted to shower, the staff would not make any effort to get us into our room any earlier. other than that, I would be able to reccomend this hotel.
