A very nice hotel, different than the usual

The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly.
the lobby is very trendy and good coffee for a quick breakfast.
Mt room on the 23rd floor had a nice views of the city. the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
10 minutes walking from the BTS and fast free wifi.
last but not least the Scarlett bar and restaurant on the 37th floor.

Very modern chic design hotel & room

The only drawback about his hotel is the food : not much variety for thai food. Seems that the hotel is targeting more Caucasians than Asians. Other than that , all the hotel staff has good command of English and very polite. Greeting guests everywhere within the hotel lobby... Regardless of race or nationality.

Urban designed hotel for your leisure trip!

The first thing on my mind that made me decided to stay at this hotel was the concept, and I have to say that I found all the designs were satisfying from the entrance, the lobby and all the details until I got into my own room.
The attentive hotel staff starting from the greeters/welcomer, the receptionist and even the tour desk were really attentive and helpful and made my stay even more pleasant.
The other plus point was the location. I did not experience BTS/MRT that much during my stay but I know the nearest station was about 5-10 minutes away by walk and it was easy to get around by walk, taxi or tuk-tuk (if you brave enough).
I was not really into the boiling and melting weather in BKK, so it was good to find the hotel has some great dining (and drinking) outlets such as 25 Degrees (a really cool burger joint), Scarlett (fine rooftop wine bar and restaurant), Playground (uber-hip lobby bar), and also great facilities of pool and spa.
Just one simple advice, I was expecting the housekeeping staff was stand by the entire day. I left the room during one of the days during my stay around 2:30 PM and left a sign for the room to be cleaned up. I got back to the room around 11 PM and unfortunately the housekeeping did not clean up the room.
But overall, I have to say that I had a good experience at this hotel!

Good size and bright room. Bathroom has separated shower and bathtub with nice design. Many food and beverage services. Scarlett bar and bistro has got good view, service is well trained and well planned (but they may forgot to train the three hostesses) wine selection is superb. If I may think about the negative point, the bathroom amenity is insufficient. There is only one soap bar for use at facial bowl bath tub and shower (no bath/shower gel) , no tooth brush nor tooth paste
