Good room but overpriced

This hotel was fairly average. Room was quite large and seemed clean until we found someone else's underwear in the bottom of the wardrobe on our last day here. Staff were OK with basic English. Hotel seemed like it was practically empty most of the time which is why we were surprised it seemed so over priced. Maybe dropping the rates during low season may benefit it. Breakfast was OK but basic. Ate dinner one night in the restaurant and it was tasteless. Hotel seems more budget and would recommend a stay here if the prices were lower.

Great friendly hotel, Good Value

this was our second time we stayed at the Lotus Guest house, and we will certainly stay here again, The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The Hotel is only a very short stroll from asoke BTS station making it very central for the money, and their food isn't to bad either, there masaman curry is the best massaman I've found in Thailand yet.

This hotel is only a few minutes from the Asoke/Sukhumvit BTS/MRT crossing point so easy to get to most places. Good size room on 6th floor with decent free wifi and coffee/tea making facilities. In a quiet side soi so no noise but also not great view from the window. Bathroom mid-sized but at least a shower curtain to stop the room getting wet.
Breakfast ok without being huge.
I would happily stay here again. Deluxe rooms are the best without being much more expensive.

May seem clean, but lots of bugs and cockroaches.

If there were no cockroaches or any bugs, this would have have been alright, but the truth is there were a lot. I could not even attempt the free breakfast knowing this and also checked out 3 days early after I had already booked and paid for it through Agoda.
There were bugs on the floor and bugs on the bed. The sheets were not very clean, a lot of stains. The staff was fine and helpful, location is great as it was very centralized to BTS stations and easy to walk to Emporium or Terminal 21. However, cleanliness is questionable after you encounter a clan of critters.

Nice hotel located 2 minutes walk from Asok sky train station and Sukhumvit metro station, which made it so easy to get to from the airport and for sightseeing.
