Exceptional value. Clean, comfortable room with good bed and pillow.
Friendly staff willing to help. Next to the river with pleasant outlook.
10-15 mins away from airport not 5 mins.
No lift but staff will carry your bags.
TV reception poor-opportunity to upgrade it.
I am always amazed in Thailand to find good value, well run small hotels. It really is a no-brainer why stay at a big named hotel when you can get free transportation to a clean and comfortable hotel 10-15 minutes from the airport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The river is right outside the hotel and provides an interesting view of everyday Thai life

Lovely fore court, wonderful staff members, clean conditions ,on time for pickups, cheap transport back to airport, fantastic service.
The only thing i didn't like was how short my stay was,Thailand people are Wonderful and make you want to stay for a lifetime.
After a long Flight from Australia all i needed was a place to put my head down,This hotel was better than most hotels i have stayed in Australia, the pick up crew from the airport were friendly and courteous ,the short drive to the hotel was calm and smooth, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. i am coming back in one month and will definitely stay at the Queens Garden Resort again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try to plan your trip to stay here LONGER

Rooms, beds, towels, hot water, add-ons all provided and met expectation for this price range.
One in our party didn't like climbing 4 flights of stairs after a long flight and late night arrival. Porters carried our luggage and the rest of us know the benefit of exercise so only 1 in 4 had an issue with this situation. We did hear plan flybys but they were not enough to shake the windows or anything like that.
We were charged only 300bt for 4 people to transfer to and from the airport. We expected to be charged 1200bt for 4 people going 2 ways. Only one person had to check in. They just made copies of everyone's passports. Unexpected free water in room with tea and coffee with water heater. We were also given rooms together and on was placed on an end-rooms. Luggage porters were nice with no elevator and staying on 4th floor. Nice! Comparable to the perfect clean motel you hope to find on the road while traveling in the USA for a reasonable low price.
Shopping Tip : 7-11 is just a short walk down a lane from the hotel. Can be good if you need to stock up on munchies, drinks or toiletries.

Great location, free airport pickup, clean, and friendly.
Had to pay 200THB for wirless internet usage and had to pay for a ride back to the airport.
I arrived at the Bangkok airport for the first time at 11pm. I was only staying there overnight but wanted an affordable place to stay instead of bumming it in the airport. I chose this hotel because it had free airport pick up and was close to the airport. I was able to find the sign for the airport with relative ease and arrived quickly to the hotel. I was very satified with the good quality of the room. (Clean sheets, clean floors, free water & coffee, a minibar, and plenty of towels.) I am staying in Bangkok next week for another overnight quick airport transfer and will surely stay here again. Great value for the buck! I highly reccommend this place!

It's close to the airport
It's not close to much besides the airport
It makes coming and going to the airport easy and affordable. They make sure you get there in time for your plane or come pick you up when you get in. It ain't the Hilton but the beds are new and clean. It's fun to have a few last Thai Beers and watch Hotel California on the Video screen one last time before leaving Thailand

Close to airport, good airport service, friendly staff
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. I need to overnight from international to domestic, the next day. I have tried many hotels in the vicinity but I have always come back to this one. The location of the hotel is great as is the Soi that has many facilities, hairdressers, good food and a 7/11. The airport service is brilliant as at any time a car can be found in 10 minutes.

Very close to airport, transfer was waiting when flight arrived; we were in our room within 45 minutes of landing in Bangkok via Japan; very clean room; great friendly service
We had a short layover in Bangkok and wanted a quick nap and a shower. Hotel staff was efficient, friendly and welcoming at all hours. We arranged a wake up call and caught our transfer back to the aiport within minutes.
Hotel Feature Tip : Prepay your airport transfer in advance - it is a return transfer.

Efficent transport & check-in
Clean room
Transport back to airport only every hour on the hour (not that big a deal really)
It was very easy to find the guy for transport, and despite our name not being on the list they added us. Had to wait about 10 minutes for the van, but they provided us with bottles of water while we waited (for me, my parter and small child) which was very nice. Transport to hotel was quick, maybe about 5-10 mintues. When we got there they didn't have our booking, but just took a photocopy of my Agoda printout and we were in the room within 5 minutes. Can't say much about the room other than it was clean and had a big, decent bed (though after a 10 hour flight who can really tell). We arrived at 10pm and took the van back to the airport at 7am and didn't eat, watch TV or look around so can't comment on those. The van back to the airport only leaves every hour on the hour, but that's not really a big issue (you might just have to wait a little more at the airport but who cares). Overall, the staff were helpful, and for the price for a quick stop before catching another flight couldn't ask for more. Would stay here again.

Price, Freindly and Helpful staff, Airport minivan transfers included in price.
None given price which included return airport transfers.
No information given by Agoda or hotel regarding where to hook-up with minivan at airport for transfer to hotel. Basically went off details from other reviews on Agoda website. After a long flight better not to be looking around wondering who is the person to contact regarding the airport to hotel transfer. However in the end did not have to wait too long for the minibus driver to show and transfers were fairly quick. Frankly for a near to airport hotel stay the transfers were the single most important aspect for me. Including the transfers the room price in my view represented good value for money and therefore I was a satisfied customer.
Hotel Feature Tip : Take ear plugs due to howling dogs in locality.

Queen's Garden is so close and handy to the airport, and the staff we met were efficient, friendly and helpful.
The Internet cost 100 Baht/hour to use, and only two computers were available. Each time I went down to use them, they were already occupied.
The hotel is clean, neat and handy to the airport. Although it is tucked away in a small neighborhood near the airport, there is a restaurant on site and a convenience store a short walk down the street.
It is on a riverbank, and some of the rooms look out on the water. It is spartan and simple, but clean and bright.

It is simple but comfortable. My room even had a small mini bar with very reasonably priced beverage and snack.
The internet was the most expensive that I have seen... 100 baht for 1 hour as opposed to 40 baht/hour at other places I stayed.
I went directly here after spending two days at airports and on airplanes. All that I wanted was a place to recover and this worked just fine. It was much nicer than the places that I stayed on Khao San Rd for the same price. I don't know if it's close to anything. I left the next morning and headed to Khao San.

proximity to airport
the airport transfer service
aircon not operating properly
This was my third visit to this hotel.
Their claim to fame in my book, istheir airport transfer service, and the proximity to the airport.
This is a fantastic transit hotel, at a reasonable price.
They have adequate rooms, which are clean, and have everything you require.
My only complaint this trip, was that the aircon was not functioning fully...it worked, but not nearly to full capacity. My feeling is that there was a lack of aircon maintenance. It's a little warning that they have to heed!! Don't let the maintenance fall short!!
I would definitely use this hotel again!!
The restaurant is nice, with some really good seafood...try the sea bass!!
They also play some good VCDs during the meal!!
They also have a massage service, which is very good, and to be recommended.
Good show..just mind those aircons!!!!
Hotel Feature Tip : Great airport transfer service!!!

Close to the Airport. Clean Rooms and Jumbo sized confy beds.
A long way from everything. Brekfast not included.
My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights on a Bangkok stopover. It was clean and confy and great if you don't plan on going anywhere, but is a long taxi ride from anywhere. If you plan on going into the city, maybe consider somewhere else.
Hotel Feature Tip : The giant carp in the buddhist temple on the other side of the bridge are great fun to feed.
