The area looks quite poor and theres is not much to see around. There is a temple on the other side of the river, you can cross the river just at the hotel as many motorbikes do too. Seven Eleven is not far so you can get some thing to drink or eat nearby. To stay one night it is a good choose
close to airport - so good for one night,
the area is not really nice

After arriving into Bangkok at 1:30 am, exhausted, we were really looking forward to the Queen's Garden Resort. I'd been there before and knew it was right next to the river and liked the location. Upon arriving we were moved via van to another location. My room had a rodent so I was relocated to another. All in all, I'm changing my departure hotel to another, and will never stay there again!
Clean linens, friendly staff.
Possible rodent in my room! Certain enough that the staff changed my room.

In general, a good value for the money place to stop over between flights or early am flights. Not a place you'd want to hang out in for days just to pass the time. I'd stay there again for sure as it's so easy to get to and from the airport. Staff are warm and rooms are clean. 7-11 nearby making it easy to grab a cheap beer etc., if you so desire.
Very close to airport, good value and room was worth the costs.
No lift so if you have heavy bags or kids it no joke! 5 min from airport to hotel but 20mins to go back?
