Friendly hotel staff, close to RCA, good room conditions Far from the main shopping areas of the city Was impressed by the hotel's front desk reception, Ms Olga. One of the most friendliest check-in experienced as well as the other front desk staffs.
The price are slightly pricey, but considered ok since the rooms are always clean and in good condition.
For party animals, it's near RCA although the location of the hotel is a little far from the main shopping areas in the city. The hotel do provide shuttle busses so that makes up for it.
Will definately come back to this hotel if ever coming back to Bangkok.

Excellent service, thoughtfulness and efficiency from hotel staff, knowledgeable and good communication skills, clean room Location is slightly off from the shopping areas although taxis are available at the hotel. The hotel staff made my stay an enjoyable one. They provided excellent service and answered queries readily. In addition, they also gave good recommendations on where we can go without asking. There is also free shuttle service to the weekend market. However, the location is bit off as I had to take taxi to the shopping areas since its not near to any shopping mall.
When I was staying at the hotel, the alarm and lighting control in my room was not working properly and went off in the middle of the night. This causes the doorbell to ring non-stop and I was woken up suddenly. This was the only annoying experience I had at this hotel.
Nightlife Tip : Across the road from the hotel is a street called RCA and it looks quite fun. However, crowd will only appear from 11pm onwards. Always confirm the price of the taxi fare before getting in the car as the driver will not switch on the meter since its near to hotel.

Excellent Gym with free aerobic and yoga classes, large pool, clean rooms and large bathrooms,good breakfast buffet No free internet, Hotel was a bit stuffy feeling, English skill and communication of staff not up to standard. We switched from The Amari hotel to Radisson and wished we stayed at the Amari. There was no free internet for guests, apon arrival we were brought to a smoking room when we requested 'non smoking', we were overcharged on drinks because of staffs inability to communicate. Breakfast and fitness center with pool was the Pros of this property.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : 20 min to city with taxi, there is traffic during peak hours so leave yourself enough time especially to get to the airport
