Lovely hotel and service with a smile

The staff are exemplorary in their efforts to make your stay a pleasant one. a 5 min ride in the complimentary "tuc tuc" will have you at nana sky train station where you can connect with the whole metropolis. get out and about or relax at the rooftop pool with the usual waiter service for food and drinks.

this was our second time staying here. we reserved a room with free upgrade to deluxe studio. but upon check-in, there was no deluxe available. the manager offered us free dinner but we had already made a reservation elsewhere. so he gave us a free ride to the airport the next day. the room we got was a standard twin. the size was adequate for one night. it's a non-smoking room but it smelled smoky - we understand that some guests just don't know non-smoking means no smoking! our shower door leaked water to the floor and we called front desk, someone came right away to clean it up. the reason why we stayed here again was the service we received the first time, and the great spread of breakfast. but unfortunately this time there were a lot of people and some guests just took all the fruits right after they came out each time.

Quiet and comfortable Hotel

comfortable and quiet hotel tucked await from the main road, need to walk a bit, however, there is a free shuttle to take you to out to the main road and skytrain(close by). lots of restaurants around, some entertainment and shopping centre.

we were upgraded to suite on our first night due to full occupancy of the superior room which we originally booked. very fast and flexible staff, knows how to ensure customer satisfaction.
Restaurant Tip:
chilli culture (near hotel) is nice but a little pricy. Can take the BTS to any big shopping malls nearby where great food court can be found.

The hotel is centrally located, yet on a quite street, 5 minutes away from a brand new, fantastic shopping mall at Asoke sky train station on Sukhumvit road.
Staff extremely accommodating in setting up an extra bed. Fresh water for each person in the room every day. Assistance in planning sight seeing trips, letting us buy the dark bred from the breakfast buffé, complimentary tuk-tuk to locations near-by.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, they provided useful information on how to get around and good places to visit.
the rooms were clean, the fitting is suitable for business travellers.
the breakfast buffet was nice, with a variety of asian and western food to choose from.
the location is slightly far, but the hotel offers free transport to the nearest station.
overall i really enjoyed my stay!!

this is our first stay in this newly built (completed 2010) hotel suite. the location is not so good as we need to walk roughly 2km before hitting the major roads. hotel shutter truck is often not to be seen so it is next to useful. the room is reasonably big with modern facilities (Pros) but the cleaner often come late everyday (often after 4PM) to tidy up our room and worst still - she did not even wash the spoons left on the table. Overall the service personnel do not carry warm smelly faces which we all expected the 5-stars hotel stuff to be. i will not stay in this hotel again.

Convenient Location but not Great

I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning at around 2am as my flight into BKK touched down at a quarter past midnight. The check in staff was very good humored and made the day for me. Checked into my one-bedroom suite which was well prepared for me.
Overall this stay was pleasant. The hotel still needs to improve on the way their lighting logic is configured. It took me several minutes to get the combination right however, this is going to piss some people off. I find it a silly system. If you have someone in the bathroom and you turned off say the switch in the bed side area, the light in the bathroom goes off and the light in the dressing table area goes on. Several flips and flops later you finally get all the lights off. A lot to be reckoned especially when you are tired after a 15 hour flight.
Their toilets all seem to have problems either draining water out or flushing the toilet. It appears their contractors use very small diameter pipes when they should be of a large and standard size.
Still short of me giving it a 4 star status. Its more a 3 star outfit.
