Very modern hotel with great service
huge rooms, very professional and friendly staff, great food and beverage and overall price was great

I stayed at this hotel twice last month. I returned because it was so good. I was upgraded at both of my visits to a executive suite(without asking) These rooms were exceptionally good. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Bangkok

The Hotel is newly built with minimum manpower on hand, functional operation,Breakfast buffet minimal choise,location of Hotel is far from BTS station and difficult to walk on a small site road to and from main road.

A nice place in Bangkok
Well located and very good service

The hotel is not far from the main road and the NANA BTS station, maybe 5-10 minutes walk, the hotel has its own tuck tuck to give you a ride if you don't fancy walk.
The room is nice, internet connection is ok, swimming pool, gym and Jacuzzi are good, the food is ok, nice restaurant as well, the room was nice and clean.

It was a nice place to stay...not just for business but also for leisure. The complimentary tuk tuk service to NaNa station is very helpful. I'll definitely be going back again on my next trip there.

Excellent hotel, no complaints at all

we were extremely pleased with our stay at the radisson suites. having previously stayed at the park plaza (also radisson), we chose the suites this time because they were better value. we were able to afford a one bedroom suite which was great, enjoyed the use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, and although breakfast wasn't included, had a good meal in the restaurant on the last night. what's more, we were allowed to check in early and check out at 6pm for no extra charge. highly recommended.

Great hotel by Carlson group!! The owner is extremely accommodating & very gracious. The room is large & it's obvious the owner put a lot of money & effort into the renovation.Would defiantly recommend & stay there again.

There was construction going on outside my window. The noise wasn't too bad. If you sleep during the day you might want to avoid this hotel in the short term.

New hotel, looks quite posh but i would not return, there are much better options in BKK. The location is not the best but not too far off the crowds and they provide a free shuttle. Pool looks nice..
