Great Hotel Great Pool - Family Focussed

Room was large clean and very comfortable. Staff performance was great. Swimming pool was larfe great for fun with kuds as well as doing some real swimming. Jacuzi was also a welcome break.
Only negative was location a bit of a trek to Sukhumvit and road outside floods easily.

It was quite disappointing taking into account of my stay at other Radisson group hotels in Europe and U.K. Except for breakfast, we could not comment further.

Location was good rooms were convenient

Decent stay, we asked for a VCD player which was not avalibale. In such a big luxury hotel it was surprising to see that they have only 2 VCD players. I was rather surprised as in suites I suppose these things are basic and should be made available. Plus the housekeeping was very average and they dint clean the room also properly.
