Quite and nice place
Location is quite. It is little bit far from main road so it is very quite and relaxible. Room was little bit small but clean.

Good value for money
the location is good, a short walk out to BTS station. however if you cross over to the other side of the road, that's where all the happenings are. environment wise its good coz nearby is a quiet neighbourhood so can rest at night. clean room, decorated in a contemporary manner. cozy enough to snooze around.

Dirty and dark like everything ales around Bangkok
Good price . Good & cheap breakfast . The hallways and the room very dark and smelly . There's a bad small in the rooms and noisy AC . The remote control for tv didnt work properly.. . The only thing we enjoyed was breakfast and massage .

Nice Spacious room, convenient location!
The hotel room was big and spacious, with full amenities. Location was mins walk away from bts station and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Wish they provide toothpaste and toothbrush though ;)

Could use a little updating
I have been to Bangkok a lot and stayed at a lot of different hotels/serviced apartments. I normally book in S15 in Sukhumvit and recently in Double Tree Hotel also in Sukhumvit. I have tried Adelphi and Aspen Suites as well. I wanted to try a new hotel in the same vicinity with the same price range and i found Galleria 10. Personally, i don't like the dark ambiance that this hotel had. The reception area needs a face lift and too small. The staff were friendly i have to say, and accommodated me and my partner really well. As soon as we were checked in we were assisted to our room and the hall way leading to our room looks a bit dirty, maybe because of the dark carpets and walls and minimal lighting (I'm not sure). It reminds me a bit of a "love hotel." The room itself was clean (RM 422). Things i didn't like with the room are: the bathroom door was busted, wifi was very week in our spot, there were just bath towels and no hand towels. Maybe I'm a bit picky but just comparing to the other hotels I've tried, Galleria 10 falls short of my expectation. Will i book another stay here? Maybe not anymore.

well done
Great location just a few minutes walk to either Nana or Asok BTS station. Thai massage, laundry, convenience store, street food vendors all nearby

Nice hotel in the wrong city part.
This hotel in Silom instead of Sukhumvit would be perfect. Sukhumvit is not the place to stay anymore, too far away from all the touristy stuff. Breakfast was great, the room had a nice size, although I´m sure I´ve booked the room with the balcony, but got a non balcony-room. My parents who stayed next door had a problem with the leaking AC in the room. In fact, right in front of the bathroom, there was a big puddle of water at some point. It was not the first time, looking at the ceiling, the wall and the floor (floor was wavy) it was visible, that this was a known problem. It took 2!! calls to the reception and at least 1/2 hour until the water puddle was removed. Again, this hotel in Silom would be perfect. When we needed the cab to the airport, both the doorman and the cab driver first refused to put on the taxi-meter. It took some effort until the cab driver was willing to put on the taxi meter. Plus the cab driver then just runded the fare price to a round number...
