this was my secound stay at the ramada hotel and suites, i find the location to be perfect for nipping down the street markets and soaking up the unique bangkok night life
Shopping Tip:
Remeber to haggle, the prices startsky high...expect to pay around 50% of the asking price

the hotel is near asok bts station & termainal 21 shopping mall . by walk is less than 10min
the hotel can offer a car to pick up in the main road back to hotel . so normally just need to walk 2min
the hotel staff is very nice & helpful . the swimming pool is little bit small & the breakfast is less food for choice
this is the bad thing for the hotel only
the room is big & clean

We were greated with a smile and the entire was comfortable and relaxing.. sitting by the beautiful tranquil pool you would not think that you were just a hop skip and a jump away from the excitiement of Bangkok. The staff were always happy to help and nothing was too much for them. The room was small however when you are out and about having fun either sight seeing, having a massage or shopping the size of the room does not matter. We had a great stay and would recomend it to friends and choose this hotel again.
Shopping Tip:
Wear comfortable shoes and remember the stores open at 10am

there are many hotels in bangkok, but this is a gem.
fantastic service, the hotel is modern and clean.
a nice touch, the manager comes to breakfast each morning and greets everyone.
i rate this hotel very high. if i can, i will stay here evrytime. dont look any further.

Really beautiful hotel. Had a free upgrade to the business room. Free Tuktuk service to the main road, so you dont have to worry about the walk out. Amazing staff that made our stay extremely pleasant.

Good, but bad smell.

Cons..
The housekeeping was just ok and the smell in the ally you have to walk through to get anywhere is terrible- they do have a tuktuk that will drive, but its nice to walk and the smell makes it not nice.

We travel a great deal and in stark contrast to some of our unhappy previous Hotel experiences, the running of this Hotel demonstrates what a motivating Swiss Manager with very well trained courteous smiling Thai Staff can achieve which in this case is a winning combination; we wish we could have stayed longer but time was running out. We had a couple of minor issues which are not even worth mentioning due the speed and efficiency with which they were dealt with.
The food was excellent and well presented also check out the Happy Hour times.
The location down a longish narrow road means one can escape the "manic circus" of traffic and noise in the main street and due to the provision of a 24 hour complimentary shuttle to take you from the Hotel to the main street and back with your shopping this poses no problem, in fact we actually enjoyed the short rides. The rooms were spotlessly clean and extra amenities were provided without hesitation. Very Highly Recommended!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check for advice at Reception, very helpful and unbiased.
