I like the mood of this hotel. the staffs are very kind, but there is only one guy who was in reception is terrible! He was not kind at all. He worked at night. next time, I'll check his name.
The food is pretty ok, even there were not much food.
And the room was clean. I had connecting door in my room but I had never heard anything! It's queit!
But I'm smoker, but there was not window or terrace, so it wasn't good for me!
The pool at night was wonderful~!! Swimming with my girl friend at night was So romantic! You should do!
Restaurant Tip:
There is famous restaurant near hotel which name is 'cabbage and condom'. but I have never been there! I wanna recommend you on local restaurant. If you go to main road, turn right and you can see some plaza and there is restaurant with 'insomnia'sign!

A Great Stay At a Relaxing Oasis

rooms-they were huge with all amenities. 40 inch flatscreen and big bathtub. full cable and super hispeed internet. fabulous.
staff-helpful, stayed out of your way, friendly and customer-service oriented. top-notch for sure.
food-tasty, decent selection and nice service as well as good coffee.
pool-nice area but a bit crowded. the gym was decent as well.
overall, i have nothing at all bad to say about the ramada. i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an oasis in the heart of bangkok
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Prompong station across from the Fuji Supermarket and get the all you can eat sushi for under 3o0.

This is a five star hotel experience just the size is different, it's a small modern hotel with all the facilities like pool with jacuzzi,sauna,gym,laundry service,tuk tuk service. It's located in quite inside a small road, walking distance about 10 mins to mrt station. Short walking distance to the newly opening shopping mall,terminal 21. There's a 7 elevan at the main road and some eateries.Buffet breakfast impressive,you may enjoy your breakfast at the poolside.
Shopping Tip:
Conveniently with mrt to all major shopping malls.

good hotel but midiocre service

my friends and i, we,8 people, book 4deluxe rooms through agoda.
then i send a mail to the hotel to require 4rooms to be next to each other(in the same floor) and with twin bed room. the reply is not clear and not swift(the hotel only has 2 twin bed deluxe room in each floor, and i finally understand what the hotel has after i send 3 mails).
i ask 2twin bed deluxe room and 2king bed deluxe room instead, but still ask these 4rooms to be in the same floor. and i get no reply. (above happened at least 10days before i check in)
by the time i check in, the concierge tells that the hotel cannot provide us 4rooms in the same floor as it is fully booked. i provide the related correspondence of requiring 4rooms to be in the same floor. in the end , i think the hotel upgrade the room to meet my need. we stay in the same floor but it doesn't make me feel good as they just do what i require.
i mean i can accept we stay in different floor if the hotel specifically tells me that my requirement is not workable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the hotel is at the end of the alley(soi 12)
when you walk through the alley, You will see a fine Morocco restaurant(Crepes & Co.) and a good massage store(Lavana)

Beautifu oasis in th middle of Bangkok

got upgraded on arrival. excellent, efficient welcome. lovely rooms - big comfy beds, big bathroom with bath and shower, lounge area and small kitchen. the gardens and pool are beautiful with very comfy and funky seating areas to relax or sunbathe. a 5 min walk to asoke bts or nana bts. right next to crepe and co (one of bkk best restaurants) and many other great restaurants near by. good shopping mall and cinema 5 mins away. for exercising there is a big park (queen surikat) 5 mins away - also small gym at hotel.
only slight downside was the breakfast. small selection and the service was inefficient (not clearing tables, or replenishing food).
