Our stay at the Ramada was very good. Only draw back was not being notified prior that the pool was due for which I believe a scheduled maintenance. One of our reasons for choosing hotel was the look of the pool. Staff were helpful in arranging complimentary access to Executive level for happy hour which was very much appreciated.Great service from airport pick up and drop off and shuttle boat service which made easy to get to main areas

My stay in Ramada hotel is great. Staff performances is the best. The hotel is equip with a lot of facilities like spa, jacuzzi, many choices of restaurant, big swimming pool, and gym. It is a fully equip hotel and comes with a great view from the hotel room of bangkok review. If you want to go for shopping it is within walking distance but they do have free tuk-tuk service to asiatique. Highly recommended hotel.
