Woman at the reception could be more friendly.
The hotel is situated in the tourist area, so you can easily go to many nice places, for food and drinks, but also for sight seeing. The swimming pool is very nice and the rooms are pretty good for the price. Easy to extend your stay. No noise from outside, but from the hallways you can hear other people coming back to their rooms. Not always hot water, but good showers anyway. Enjoy your stay, I like it very much.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't use the tuktuk's near the hotel, go to the main street. It's cheaper and they are more friendly.

big hotel so a little impersonal
I had a great time staying here and the pool was a wonderful place to meet people. The price was reasonable and worth it because in the bangkok heat you really need the swimming pool to cool down. Didn't realize they had two which makes it less crowded. They didn't clean the rooms but that wasn't necessary for me and the shower and bathroom were very clean. Better to make a reservation ahead of time because it is a popular place to stay near khao san road.

Great pool, no complaints about the room with a really good price. Hotel seemed secure and staff were friendly
Could do with a bar at the pool, but nothing else i could complain about.
You get what you pay for, this is low-mid budget hotel and for that you get a really good deal. Its clean, friendly and secure. Dont expect 5 star treatment, but im sure you will be happy with what you get. The area is nice, not as busy as kao san, but still some really cool bars and restaurants on your door step, but still with in a few mins walk to the hectic kao san road. Also uits always nice to have a nice pool to get away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok
