Great location in busy nightlife area
The hotel is in the middle of a busy area off Khaosan Rd with restaurants and bars, great massage places etc.

The hotel is suitable for backpqckers who need a short stay in the busy Khaosan area. It was clean, very plain and quite noisy in the night.
Nightlife Tip:
The night life around the hotel is busy and youngish.

Lovely hotel, great location!

On arrival at 9am after our 20 hour travel we was welcomed with smiles and allowed us to check straight into our room early so was a good start. When we got to the room it was just what we needed air con, tv, comfy double bed, and good size clean room. Location of the hotel was perfect just a few minutes walk away from khon San road and only a ten min walk to the grand palace which was great. Lots of bars and restaurants near the hotel so plenty to choose from and also plenty of 7/11 shops near. Pool area is good has pool on the roof which has a good view over the city, plenty of sunbeds and decent size pool. Couldn't ask for more from this hotel and looking to return in April for songkran overall great hotel definitely highly recommended.
Restaurant Tip:
The British cafe below the hotel was really good for breakfast.

- near the old sights of bangkok. you can walk!
- reach the shopping centers by riverboat if you are smart
bad:
- no metrostation nearby, so you are overwhelmed by tuktuks and taxies
Travel tip:
Walk to near the Golden Mountain and take the riverboat from there to near Makkasan station. Get off the riverboat and get to the subway station nearby to reach the public transport system!

I really enjoyed my time in the hotel. It has great location just 20 min walk from the palace and round the corner from khao san road. If one is after staying in popular area but wants to avoid hustle of khao san road this is definitely the place. All what you need (exchange shop, little 7 eleven convenience store) is 1 min walk away.
The hotel has got very pleasant roof swimming pool which is amazing refreshing oasis after a busy day.
My room was small but very clean and quiete. This could have been because it was at the end of a coridor facing back streets. But becase the whole hotel is tacked away of the main street potentially all rooms could be quiete.
Also i was lucky to find nice travel agent down the road called Exciting Tours and Travel. The lady was very helpful and spoke very good english. She gave me very good practical advice.
From experience I would definitely recomend staying here.

pool is also nice and only issue is has very little sun beds for you.
not much else to say but at 1250 bth is quite a lot for Asia even in high season.

We like the rooms, they were clean and nice. We also like the swimming pool, it is very convenient after a day walking in Bangkok.
The stuff is friendly and if you have to leave after 12 pm they have a looker room that for very little they keep your luggage safe!
