Very good value for money. I have stayed at this hotel for 10 years and and about 2-3 times a year. I was never disappointed.
- Travel tip : Walking distance to skytrain.

Compared to the Hilton in Phuket, I was a little dissapointed in the quality of service. The staff were not as friendly unfortunately so it was a bit of a let down. Besides that the rest was good.
- Travel tip : Great massage parlor just across the road from the hotel.

Business travelers may appreciate this hotel. It has a fairly good breakfast buffet with Japanese selections.

Checkin/check out was very efficient. Excellent breakfast. An old Colonial feel to the Hotel with good sized rooms and clean amenities.
- Restaurant Tip : There are lots of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance.
Watch out for valet parking!

I got caught in what I'm sure was a car parking scam. The car parking "valet" parked my car in some waste ground on arrival at around 2.00pm with the headlights switched on full beam. The next day the battery was flat. Somone with jump leads was conveniently parked next to me and got my car started for 300 baht. If you use the Valet Parking service make sure the valet switches off the lights.
