Easy access with airport transfer available. Clean and adequate facilities a great place to stay if you want to be near the airport
Really far from downtown not much access to services
The airport transfer was easy and provided at 150 Baht each way which was a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly and nice. The facilities were clean and nice. The hotel was convenient to the airport, 10 minutes. There are many eating places near by within a half of a mile or 1 kilometer. every one was friendly and nice a great place for an overnight stay. The only unfortunate part of the hotel is that it is not near any of the highlights of bangkok but for a quick overnight stay it is a fantistic value.

Every time every where your service was excellent I found all your staff very friendly even though they could not understand me much very impressed with the food served in your restaurant also. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was very quiet
When I stayed on the return trip on November 8 and 9 we were put in I tried to explain to the staff the bed was broken and that due to the broken bed my back was very sore my wife explained in the morning of the 9th in Thai and I tried again when I returned the bed was never fixed and caused my back extreme pain could have been fixed easy
over all I would say that the service offered by your hotel was very good right from the fellow that met me at the airport to the drivers to the staff that just held the door I was very pleased with what I got the driver who drove me and my wife around all day to help facilitate our marriage was extremely helpful and very nice even when roads were very busy he made sure we got where we needed to be on time.
Hotel Feature Tip : All the staff are very friendly. I will stay at this hotel when in Bangkok

Fast, friendly and efficient staff, close to airport, small shopping and eating mall nearby.
Odd rooms, area only good for 1 or 2 days.
The staff here are amazing...the best at taking care of everything you need with great speed and efficiency! Mini-bar has a nice variety at very reasonable prices. Nearby is a small shopping mall with a variety of coffee shops and restaurants. Close to the airport for a quick 10 minute ride. Located on a quiet side street. Great for an overnight stay.
Nightlife Tip : Walk up to the main street, turn left and walk 5 minutes to a nice little shopping mall with all you'll need for the evening. Turn right on the same main street, walk a bit, and there's an interesting little bar called Hemp for a drink and game of pool.
