Great, Clean, Service Oriented Hotel Near Airport
Clean Comfortable Room, Great Service
8.3
I frequent Bangkok on my up north and often stay at the Regent because it is so convenient, consistently clean and great service. I mattress is a bit firm but that is how I like it. And the rooms have been consistently clean and the staff are willing to cook even at 12:30 at night. I've greatly appreciated their room service after a very long trip...
Oh, and the room was really inexpensive and came with a shuttle to the airport.
Restaurant Tip:
If you want a good coffee take a left out of the parking lot, walk to the end of the street, take a right and then walk for about 10 minutes. There will be a stall on the right prominently displaying coffee beans...

Nearby the airport, good and clien rooms
fredly staff, and good service
8.3
The pick-up at the airport was perfect and also the next morning was good. Clean rooms only the restaurant was for me not good enough. But 10 minuts walking you can eat what you want. We come back.
Travel tip:
I think do not go eat there , but go to the big toyota shop. There are about 20 restaurants.

I hope to be able to book again inthe future at the Regent Suvarablume hotel in future trip through Thailand and the need to over night in Bangkok.

Good Value for Money - for late arrival.
Very close to airport so soon booked in and resting.
9.3
Good Value for Money -Very convenient when arriving late in the evening, the hotel was clean and tidy a little small but that was not a problem as we were only hear for one night, there is a little bar round the back to get a snack and a drink, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Good stop over but no where to go.

Great location but nothing special
The airport pick-up service was easy and the check-in/out was super fast

While everything was fast and as described, I wouldn't bother going all the way to a hotel if your layover isn't long enough to get you a full night's sleep. I miscalculated how much time I had so only had 3 hours at the hotel.

Good transit sleep over spot - with great massage
Convenient location near airport, great massage to relieve your flight muscle tension pre/post flight
7.7
this is a good little spot to spend a transit night before an early morning flight. airport transfer went fine (ask around at exit door 4/5 if you can't see a hotel representative), very friendly staff, clean room with plenty of space, nice hot shower. 10 minutes walk to paseo mall which has a small night market (mostly clothes and other nick knacks) as well as a few restaurants and a tesco for any last minute items you need to pick up before your flight.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Had a surprisingly great massage in the small shop on the ground floor. The staff have been professionally trained in traditional Thai massage and it makes a huge difference. 1 hour and 300 baht later, I was feeling much more human. Highly recommended.

Does the job
Short transfer and reliable
7.7
first stay. room clean with good bed and bbc world. good transfers easy to to find at arrivals just walk along to novotel sign and ask people waiting behind barrier for regent rep. ate thai food in restaurant, quite acceptable, not expensive. shopping centre near walk up road to junction turn left just past toyota 7mins and 7-11 type closer by turning right 3mins. i did not go out at night and understand why other posters said they were nervous about walking round, me too. maybe ok but didn't want to take the chance. not a tourist area and business units on road. maybe not the place to stay for a few days but for the price, free transfers and good staff i would use again when needing an overnight stay.
Restaurant Tip:
If you don't want to eat in hotel shopping centre has some decent looking places.

Big room with kitchenette
Big room, kitchenette, big comfortable bed
7.7
we weren't expecting anything special from an airport hotel. booked for the courtesy bus to and from the airport. bit of an initial mix-up on arrival to the airport, only found transport by chance, and they didn't have our names. impressed by the size of the room, with sofa and coffee table and little kitchenette. big, comfortable bed. staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location to the Bangkok airport
7.3
My transfer to and from the airport was smooth. I have a bad back and the staff was very helpful and prompt. Since I am a solo female traveller I felt safe and well taken care of to and from the airport at night.
The room was clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel for a quick stopover while in the land of smiles.
The hotel was not affected by the flooding situation in Bangkok. I would stay again next time I am traveling through.
