Overnight stay
Being picked up in a car at the airport was excellent. The room was great and the staff were very efficient and friendly.

To arrive late at night at the airport and be greeted and picked up by very friendly staff was wonderful. My room was spacous clean and attractive. A car was waiting for me in the morning to take me back to the airport. I would hight recommend this hotel for anyone needing to be close to the airport.

as for 1 overnight in bkk for connecting flight, i think the hotel is reasonable in term of price, i haven't tried the f&b but the staffs are very friendly and kind. also the transportation service is very helpful. i think the hotel is honest and does not overcharge guests.

clean and spacious room, fastest ever check in and
less than 10 minutes from the airport, late checkin ans very early check out catered for. fab room with kitchenette and smokers balcony so also clean and fresh.

cannot comment on facilities because we checked in at 9.30pm and left at 5.30am for next flight. staff very helpful and polite. room was very large and extra kitchenette useful. i am a smoker but do not like smoking rooms but this had a balcony so smoke kept out of the bedroom. very clean with tidy furnishings.bonus! excellent value for money for a stop over.

great airport hotel
close to airport new rooms friendly staff close to food

we had a great one-night stay here before an early morning flight out of Bangkok. We booked the round-trip transfer and had no problems. We live in BKK so the taxi from our condo in Si Lom to the hotel including tolls. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.

Very comvenient to transport to suwanaphum airport. Nice airport pick up car. Near to shop. I can find anything i want around there.

Convientfor the airport

This hotel is really close to the airport and it is very convenient if you have an early or a late flight. However don't expect too much from this hotel. Despite the contemporary look on the web site picture this hotel is rather a 2 star hotel, very clean and simple.

good for transit at the airport...
nice clean, well-equipped rooms, and very close to the airport, free shuttle service in a car, staff used to travellers coming and going at all hours so they will be sure you can get your flight.

Great for a transit hotel, no real food facilities to speak of, just some snacks in the clean, well-decorated room. It was hard to locate the staff for the shuttle so I went to the official information desk at the arrivals area at the airport and they paged them and they showed up shortly afterwards. Before that some AOT limo drivers tried to tell me that there was no shuttle and they could take me there for Bt500, (take being the operative word). I live in Thailand so ignored this scam. You would think that well-dressed Airport Authority Licensed drivers would be a little more honest but... For Thailand the room rate was a little high but overall I would stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
don't believe cab drivers and touts....

Ideal as Transit Hotel
Close to airport, friendly staff, 24hr massage in complex

We stayed at this hotel as we were in transit between Thailand and Cambodia. It is very close to the airport with free transfer available. The driver will collect you from near exit 4 on the second floor of the airport (we just sent the hotel a message via Agoda noting our arrival time). We were also offered a free car back to the airport when we needed it the next day.
The staff were friendly and could speak English well. The room was large, very clean and fully equipped with a kitchenette and mini bar (very reasonable prices).
The hotel isn't really located near anything other than the airport so we wouldn't stay here if visiting Bangkok, but would definitely stay again as a transit hotel. All in all very pleased with our stay.
Travel tip:
Send the hotel a message via Agoda with your arrival time and they will have you on a list for a shuttle back to the hotel. The driver will collect you from near exit 4 on the 2nd floor of the airport.

There's nothing to complain about this hotel. Just a note for the next traveller who want to be picked up at the airport (the hotel provide a service to pick U up or drop U to the airport), make sure you get an answer directly from the hotel stated they're able to pick you up when you arrive. I was looking for someone from the hotel to pick me up, noone showed up.
