Very pleasant stay and friendly staff whom assist with all requests. October period is non peak and great to visit Bangkok. The hotel caters for all international guests with great restaurants and a large variety buffet breakfast.

the location of the hotel, as also the ready availability of restaurants within and just outside the hotel make it convenient. a bit of a trudge to the bts station asoke, but then we do not live in a perfect world. do we ?

Absolute first class hotel
There is absolutely nothing negative about this hotel. It was a pleasure to stay there. I will certainly stay there everytime I am in Bangkok.

I could not fault anything about this hotel.I stayed in a Deluxe Room and it was wonderful. The breakfast was better than you would get at a good restaurant and the staff were more than friendly.

Decent hotel off Sukhumvit Road

Rembrandt hotel is slightly dated but offers good value for money. Rembrandt has full facilities and is located in Soi 18 off Sukhumvit Road. Asok BTS station is a 5 minutes walk away, and Emporium shopping mall 10 minutes. There are a number of restaurants and inexpensive massage places nearby. From Rembrandt you can also easily access Soi 20 on the back. Staff speaks English well and is generally very friendly. The rooms are a bit worn which especially shows in the bathrooms. But generallly everything in the rooms works well including good WiFi access. High-floor rooms offer nice views. The Executive lounge on the 25th floor is a nice place to have a drink before dinner. There are a number of restaurants in the hotel of which I only tried the Italian and Thai. Food quality and variety is generally quite good. The breakfast spread is what you can expect in a hotel of this category. Rembrandt hotel has a nice swimming pool and spa. Massages are obviously more expensive than at the places just down the Soi but still affordable. Rembrandt Hotel can be quite busy as it seems to be popular both with Business travellers as well as tourists.

Had a good stay with friendly staff and a nice room. Only drawback with the room was that in a smoking room the windows dont open. It gets too suffocating because of that. There should also be a good bar at the hotel which is missing at the moment. Just a small cafe that serves liquor. All and all a good experience.

Quiet & Relaxing With Nice Rooms

repeat stay for me for the upteen times. rembrandt hotel is a cosy hotel with nice room in a quite area. i must say that its a little bit inconvenient for street food junkie and nite-life activities. this is definitely a business hotel, service is very good, internet access is free, buffet breakfast is good, the pool is nice. however, its a bit of a walk to the nearest station at phrom pong station, nearby a nice park. night life can be a bit boring but you're not far off it with a bit of walking !
Restaurant Tip:
Da Vince restaurant. I love the Italian & Thai restaurant located at the 4th floor. I patronise this restaurant every time I stay here. The service was good and very friendly, the prices were ok but mind you its not cheap. I'd definitely recommend the Parma Ham which was displayed in the middle of the room + my favorite Chef's Salad.

Very nice hotel close to nightlife. The Wi-Fi is very slow and hard to stay connected to for the free version you and upgrade to high speed at a cost per day. Rembrandt rooms are nice and clean the breakfast was very good. The hotel extras are very expensive and the shower water pressure is not good with intermittent hot water.
Nightlife Tip:
Close to many nightlife spots.

Nice and quite location but close to everything
hotel is on silent street of sukhumvit road so you can relax and sleep without and disturbance. Its just 5 min walk away from bts skytrain

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
* nana street is just 1 bts stop away. If you like to walk its just 15min walking distance
* take taxi for silom area costs just 65baht and 10 minutes
* there are couple of nice restaurants on the street

Restaurant service very bag this time

This is the second year running I have stayed at this hotel. My first experience was excellent but just last month I found the service in both breakfast and Indian restaurants was very slow. Also my room was vacant during the day and was still not cleaned when I arrived at 4 pm on 2 occasions.
