Big room but not very good location
Big room, good customer service
7.7
The hotel staff last minute informed me that the room i booked earlier was under some repair work but they had replaced it with another type of room. At first i was not very pleased with that but the hotel staffs were friendly & helpful which i think it was compensated with the last minute changes.
Overall, we were happy stayed in the hotel.

Pretty rooms, paper thin walls
Kitchenette, nice rooms, sweet staff
6
This is a nice boutique hotel with large, clean and well appointed apartment-style rooms. I liked the big tv, comfy bed and helpful staff.
However, the walls are very thin and we could hear the people next door chatting, making dinner and so on. Kind of embarrassing... So I wouldn't stay here again.
The location is ok. There is a 7-11 about 5 minutes walk away and a few restaurants. But not much street food since this is the embassy area. Motorbike guys are on hand to take you to the skytrain for Baht 30.

MUST STAY, 5****** hotel. GREAT.
Location. First class. Professional
10
This is a wonderful 5*** hotel in Bangkok. A MUST STAY. I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were big and wonderful with kitchen and dining table, etc. This is a MUST STAY hotel. Great for 4 people. 2 separate bedrooms with tvs. Wifi was good and FREE. Location was next to Embassy Row. You won't be disappointed in this hotel. I have always stayed at the CAPE HOUSE when in BKK but it is always full and now I have found a new hotel to stay and enjoy!! You must try this hotel. It is a great value for the money, even though some may find it expensive. But it is NOT for what you get. Everyone should like their stay here. You won't reget it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Much to see and places to eat. It is next to Embassy Row. Malls and BTS are CLOSE. Many places to eat and shop around the hotel.

Would stay again
Location, room size, kitchenette, free laundry
8.3
The hotel is not in the centre of the night life, however is only a short walk to two skytrain stations. The hotel is also quite near a minimart which is handy. There is a well equipped gym and a nice swimming pool. After being on holidays for a few weeks it was nice to have access to their free laundry facilities.
The breakfasts were delivered to the room each day and sometimes were a bit cold, but it was fine after putting them in the microwave.
Overall we enjoyed our time in the hotel and would definitely stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is quite near the Lumpinee Boxing stadium. If you haven't seen Muay Thai before it is worth experiencing.

8.7
i had booked this hotel for a night but felt in love with this hotel room, it was nice decorations for both two bedrooms kitchen and living room.
but i decided to book this hotel because it shown in agoda that early check in is at 8am (we got an early flight got back from phuket 7.30pm) we arrived at the hotel around 8.30 and been told cannot check in because the room was not available. i was so disappointed because we are too tired and not thing around was open before 10am.

cozy hotel with nice room but lacking in services
8
i selected rongratana for location, very central and close to shopping and foot massage. i normally stay across the street but that hotel has become very run down. the room was huge, clean, felt cozy and like coming home in the evenings. the bed was super comfy. the front desk staff was very helpful, especially the guy who sits there in the afternoon and evenings.
the downside is the hotel lacks services. the gym is tiny, the pool is tiny, i had to ask at the front desk about laundry service, as there was no form or laundry bag in the room. there is no business center.
they deliver breakfast to the room which some might consider a nice touch but it was often late, which is not convenient when we had to get someplace for work. one day it was almost an hour late. also, the food was uniformly cold when it arrived.
the other thing about the breakfast was it is tiny, the portions are so small it is laughable. one day my husband ordered potatoes with his eggs, and about 6 tiny pieces of undercooked potatoes appeared on the plate.
i could not figure out why they don't have buffet breakfast. they have a small restaurant which is always empty - wouldn't it be easier? my guess is they want to regulate the portions....well, mission accomplished on that one.
Shopping Tip:
Close to Central Chitlom shopping and also Villa supermarket. Convenient in general, to everything in Bangkok.
