No complaints. Slept very well. Right in the thick of Patpong area but was very quiet in the room and the pool was like an oasis and you hardly felt like you were in the middle of Bangkok.

My stay was ok, but the TV set in my room did not have any English news channel, although they claimed that CNN was available. The window was fogged so there was no view of the outside. But the staff was very nice and helpful. The adjoining Thai restaurant is excellent; and the small swimming pool is charming.

Budget hotel -- at a price

There is one compelling reason to visit this hotel: its Thai restaurant is marvellous. Even if you don’t stay there (hotel guests receive a 10% discount), it’s well worth a detour if you like Thai food.
The location, though quiet, is in the middle of what is politely known as ‘the entertainment district’ and there’s certainly much to entertain, particularly at night. Since the partition walls are wafer-thin, this can be annoying when the revellers next door decide to continue into the small hours.
Standard rooms are clean if spartan, but it stops there. No coffee or tea making facilities unless you take a suite, wi-fi costs 300 baht per day, and the aircon in my room was a pretty old model, as was the TV, which showed only a handful of channels, most of them Thai. Watch yourself as you come out of the lift on the 5th floor: there’s an unexpected step.
There is no breakfast buffet. The dishes are freshly prepared but the choice is limited.
A big plus: all the staff are amiable, courteous and eager to help.
The swimming pool is a reasonable size and maintained to a high standard.
In summary, do visit the restaurant for a slap-up Thai meal at reasonable prices, but it’s easy to find plenty of better accommodation deals if you shop around.

Great,but abit disappointed about the refrigerator and the air-con not so cooling.Hope the hotel can do some maintenance for the rooms equipments and try prepare two bottles of shower gel instate of one bottle whenever come for room services

The hotel is obviously older and worn-out than the pictures shown a. It is located in a dirty small alley but near to 5 stars hotels . Breakfast is very simple although with a few choices and served by friendly staffs

Positive:
Very nice pool, good drinks from the bar, nice and comfortable room. BTS, MRT, and Lumpini Park within walking distance.
Negative:
There was a total confusion regarding the happy hour (drinks at half price). After discussions each time, we finally got our drinks, though.

It had all I required,it was in an area that had great nite life,and I was so surprised how quiet the rooms were. It is ideal for the gay visitor as it is close to where all the fun places are.
