The hotel is in a good position and the view on the river is very good. The area around the hotel is not the "best in Town" and the external structure of the hotel would need to be renovated. The food in the restaurants is excellente and also the room and service provided is at very high standard level. the free internet service is also a positive point of the hotel services

The hotel really emphasizes customer service and the staff was always ready to assist in any way possible. We had a problem with our room and they addressed the issue immediately and very professionally. We would definitely go back.
The rooms were spacious and had great views of the river. We loved the garden pool area; you would never know you were in a large city. The hotel restaurants are excellent.
It is located in a business area of Bangkok and you need to take taxis to main tourist attractions but there is also a skytrain station nearby that can also get you around town quickly.
