As a - many time - returning guest you are welcomed back by all the staff. A very personal and warming experience. The location of the hotel is wonderful, and you can spend hours just looking out on the river, being it from the pool, the bar or one of the restaurants. On top of that Royal Orchid Sheraton also has one of the best spas in Thailand.

Restaurant Tip : Just outside the hotel (to your left) is a row of hawkers - try out the 'Motum' at the first one. A true Thai food experience.

Friendly Staff, location at the river side, very nice restaurants with riverview, large rooms

Renovation of bathroom needed

We stayed in the Royal Orchis Sheraton as we allways do during our visits in Bangkok - mostly going to or comming from an East Asia trip. We enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, its very friendly staff and its convenient location in the center of the city by the river next to a jetty. All places of interest are easily to reach.

Great Hotel, Stunning View, Prompt and Courteous Personnel

Not all rooms renewed, reovation going on, often really noisy.

A great hotel and a real landmark in Bangkok, this riverside hotel offers stunning view of the river and really good service standards. When I visited some floors were under renovation and it was really noisy sometimes, and the size of rooms sometimes is a bit small.
