Absolutely beautiful and quality you would expect from Sheriton.
This Hotel is just what you would expect from Sheraton.Everything is top notch. Rooms are small but full of amenities. There is agreat buffet for morning and evening.Good high quality food.
Views from the room are great. It is only a tuk tuk ride away from most attractions.
Travel tip : Visit the shops next door and/or take a river boat tour.

Large hotel with all the amenities located on the river. Direct access to shopping mall through the hotel.
No whole wheat alternatives for the breakfst buffet
My wife and I stayed at the Royal Orchid Sheraton for two nights. It's a large hotel that located on the river and it attracts many tourists.
Rooms are reasonably large and the hotel staff is generally very accommodating. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast that it very extensive. It features both Asian and western style food. Perhaps the only thing missing is whole wheat alternatives for the health conscious consumer.
The lobby can get a little cluttered with luggage around checkout time, but otherwise the hotel is a good choice for someone traveling to Bangkok.

The staff were extremeley friendly and helpful. The beds were fantastic as was the room.
There were renovations going on so little choice of restaurants. That is not really a criticism as the rate for the hotel was very low because of this.
We spent three nights at the Royal Orchid Sheraton. The location is great with wonderful views of the river from the room. The room was very nice with a lovely bathroom and heavenly beds, with even a choice of pillows. The staff everywhere in the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. We did not have breakfast included in our rate and ordered a la carte every morning which really good. We also had room service one night and that was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.
