room very big ...huge bathroom. breakfast finished at 10, would have preferred 10.30.hotel has a small,but extensively stocked shop. 5 mins walk to skytrain and shops.

i arrived very late at the hotel, but was quickly checked in and helped to my room. room was very comfortable with nice bed and shower was a welcome sight after 30 hours travel time. staff was very helpful in directing me to different locations i needed to visit. hotel mini store was nice to see and offered a variety of items one may need or like. i would stay here again and would reccommend to others.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were very welcoming and helpful in almost every way. We landed quite late and were pleasantly surprised at the ease of our check in and the speed in which it was all done. The rooms were also magnificent with no concerns over hygiene or facilities.
We stayed in the court wing so the hotel initially provided us with a free tuk tuk even though it was basically just across the road, but given how tired we were when we first landed it was a more than welcome treat.
We managed to see a few other hotels when we were doing our tours (as we had to wait to pick up others) and to be perfectly honest I could not find many others that beat the Royal President hotel's value for money especially considering its ideal location. I really cannot rate this hotel highly enough.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Avoid the non-hotel tuk tuk's as they are there to essentially just rip off unsuspecting tourists and always ask for your taxi driver to put the meter on!

Stayed 2 years ago. This time disappointed by cold breakfasts and the loss of egg chef cooking to order. Charges for copying texts astronomical tho free Wifi. Bathrooms are far from clean and need serious spring clean. particularly shower and toilets

the hotel was along sukhumvit soi 15, it was near asok station and terminal 21 mall. in terms of breakfast, they had a great variety, the room was big and comfy but the hotel were already showing signs of aging

we have booked the junior suite and it was in court wing so little bit walk from the room to restaurent.. the staffs are helpful to give you tips about the taxi service and all those things.. we have enjoyed living in this hotel. I would reccomend others too.

Good hotel with need for renovations

Good quality service, but hotel was quite a walk from the main street to access BTS. It needs some renovations to bring back some appeal. Pricing is fair and being on the Sukhumvit strip gives good access to malls and food options. The hotel tutuk is not always available.
