First Class Place
Very Professional and great Breakfast
8.7
this is the second time i stayed at this place and it seems like they get better everytime i stay there. nice pool, best free breakfast buffet i have ever had and the people are very professional about everything they do. there is three different buildings at this hotel. i have never stayed in building a, so i can't speak to it. so far i have found building b the newest and most elegant. building c is a little dated, but still a nice stay. clean, nothing seemed broken, bathroom great. i just had a standard room reserved, but since they are doing some construction next door, they moved me to a two bedroom suite in the c building. i stayed two different times this trip.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't miss PatPong night market....a people watching experience. Use the overhead metro as much as possible. It is fast and cheap and very easy to use...and air conditioned.

Good location and very large rooms
location, space and service
8.7
I was staying here after an operation - due to its proximity to Bumrungrad Hospital. It was a perfect hotel for recuperating. The rooms were very large and had all necessary modern amenities. The staff were helpful and the restaurant food was good. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Sky Train or they offer a free shuttle service as well. There is construction next door but I ararely heard it.

We stayed in a Junior suite, which was really large and comfortable for a family with two small kids. The hotel was very clean. The pool was nice, albeit a bit noisy due to construction in the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly and helpful with very good English. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I'd happily stay there again. It was a verey good value hotel

we had selected junior suite for 4d,3n stay during chinese new year holidays.
this suite is located at another block of the hotel premises & is about
3 minutes walk from the main lobby. thanks to the management as they enables
us for early check-in (11am) & late check-out (2pm).
front desk staffs are not friendly. bell-boys are helpful.
the hotel is able to arrange customized tour packages.
variety of selections for breakfast. there is a small convi-store in the hotel itself.
no free wifi / internet.
the room was just nice, clean & comfortable. as they ate using centralized
air-condition system, the room is extremely chill when we are away from the
room. the furnitures are old fashioned.
the hotel provides free tuk-tuk services & taxis are available at the hotel door step.
it's about 7minutes walk from the ashok bts station.
lots of food outlets at the main road area.

Good location, but very poor quality of rooms.
3.7
The rooms do not look anything like what is on the website. They are worn down, grubby, and have zero natural light. I cannot believe how much we paid for that quality. There are many other much nicer hotels in that area of Bangkok for the same price.

I have been staying at the royal president chain for years.
This hotel is my favorite. I love the staff at reception who are highly competent along with good attitudes and looks.
I feel at home every time I return and I guess that is the key to a good hotel?
Nightlife Tip:
Gets free tickets to Q Bar from reception is you are well dressed enough to deal with the elites of Bangkok. If you don't dress well....simply don't bother!

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Great location, close to Asoke station, Robinson's, Terminal 21 and Healthland Massage. There was some noise due to construction next door but it started at a reasonable time in the morning and ended in the afternoon. I would definitely stay there again.
