I was a bit disappointed that we needed our friend that was Thai to speak for us. I was thinking this would be more of an international hotel. They were friendly though. Also disappointed for the price of the internet access. This should be a standard part of rooms today. Everyone requires access.

The stay was ok. The Concierge was great and organised transport for us each day. We had a slight issue with room service mixing up our order and trying to send up 8 meals instead of the 2 we ordered but other than that the hotel is in a good location, clean & tidy and a very good standard
