Incredible location
This Hotel is close to BTS Sky train and The victory monument which is everything about food and shopping area.

We got the smoking room for my husband ,He was very happy with the balcony.The room is new but the first time I get there,My room is smell like smoke i am accepted just buy some nice spray form 7-11.The room have everything including minibar ,A/C and safety box..We kind of like this place because it's not too expensive and very close to BTS sky train and Victory monument also King Power for duty free just 2 mins walk.But just one thing that we had problem everyday about the toilet stuck.I called reception everyday.I recommend do not put any toilet paper after into the toilet.
Restaurant Tip:
If you love to have challenge about Thai floating noodle market I recommend "Pah Yak" at Victory monument. ASk everyone around that area ,They know it.

Nice Cosy Little Hotel in heart of Rangnam area
Location, cleanliness and afforability

among the various strengths of this hotel, location should be its greatest strength. a short walk from the victory monument bts station, which itself is just three stations to the north of the siam station. the hotel is also near malls like century mall, centre one as well as the king power duty free complex. cleanliness and affordability is also what drives many to stay at this nice little hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
The famous Rangnam Beef Noodle shop is just a mere one hundred metres away, opposite the Kasikorn Bank's Rangnam branch.

Lovely hotel and big room

The hotel is very nice clean.The welcome drink and towel makes you feel back to home. Their breakfast is also making my travel life easier.
The room is big with king size bed. The room rate is cheaper than it's value. There is a park nearby which is not easy to find in bangkok.

Nice hotel conveniently located in heart of City

This is my fourth or fifth stay in this hotel. Reason I like it is its affordability and its great location. Only complaint is they never seem to recognize us as they regular guests.

This is a great little hotel. Great breakfast, great staff, excellent location, free wifi.
Small but clean and comfortable rooms. No pool but air conditioned comfort. Highly recommended for those on a budget.

Location very convenient for Suvarnhabumi airport
Easy for airport link train and BTS to reach many Bangkok attractions

Royal View Resort combines affordability, ease of travel to and from airport and by BTS (Victory Monument station 5-10 minutes walk)to many interesting parts of Bangkok, and charm. Though an older building it is well maintained and clean with a touch of class. Reception staff excellent, with sufficient English and good humour to assist as needed.

The perfect spot for romance in Bangkok

As you enter the hotel there exudes an overwhelming aura of romance. This extends to the surrounding area and even the attractive park next door is full of roses in bloom. While staying at this hotel Bangkok is magically transformed into Paris. The hotel staff are magnificent and do their best to ensure that the romantic notions of all their guests are fulfilled. Room service is superb and the vintage Champagne on ice is exquisite. Very highly recommended.
Shopping Tip:
Belgian chocolates and freshly cut flowers to enhance your romantic sojourn to the City of Angels can be bought at shops in the local neighbourhood.

I was very happy to stay there. I arrived in BKK very early (before 5:00am) and wanted to checkin, but by the policy it is possible after 2pm, anyway I was offered an early checkin at 6:00am and to pay a half day, which I was happy to accept because I was very tired.
The rooms are clean and look modern, there is a mini bar, complimentary tea/coffee/water, big LCD TV and of course free wifi internet (2MBit/500kBit) - you have to ask for an internet card at the reception.
Shopping Tip:
There are 2 7/11's and a Tesco Express very close, also Big C, Pantip Plaza, Palladium, MBK/Siam and other shopping centers are very close.

Very good location and Breakfast

It is our 6th time in Bangkok this year, I think we couldn't find better hotel in this price level.
The breakfast is one of the best we had in Bankok, you can get to main shopping centers by foot (15min) . BTS station is 5 minutes away .
The only down side is ,that they don't wash the floor on the balconies. I like all place to be clean, ont only inside the room.
All the rest is clean and and stuff is wonderful.
