Great Hotel / Great Location in Heart of Bangkok
Great Location / All important shops nearby / Just walking distance from Phaya Thai Airport Link Station

we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in the heart of busy bangkok city when we reached royal view. it's next to santiphap park and provides a peaceful location. also, we were upgraded to mini suite on our arrival
positive points:
1)walking distance from phaya thai airport link station
2)walking distance from all important shops, mcd, shopping mall.
3)the rooms are clean and nice.
4)morning breakfast is good and sumptuous.
5)good hospitality.
negative points:
1) we were charged "300 baht" for a broken cup. the cup was
hardly worth 30 baht. this was outrageous.

Located in Heart of City. Easy access to all other parts of Bangkok.

located in quiet area so there is no noise to interrupt your holiday, always smiling and friendly staff ready to serve and help you any time. main shopping mall are near by the hotel and plenty of things are going on on the street near by. hotel is near by the main nightlife areas of bangkok and last but not least great break fast is served.

well situated--close to the sky train on a quiet street. but hard to find and the taxis have no idea where it is. get a business card and have there number ready on your mobile phone for a quick call.
just a five minute walk to king power!!
the aircon was good but the bed was very hard.

Location is good. Hotel staff are helpful.Hotel room is big and clean.Just that the toilet flush is not working so well.
Breakfast is good.The spa in the hotel is what I like the most. The therapists there are so professional and friendly.
Definitely value for money.
Shopping Tip:
Platinum shopping mall is a must go.

Best place to stay for business trip in Bangkok
Clean room with fine condition of bathroom. Nice receptionists and house keeping.

1. Great neighborhood with walking distance to local food restaurants, food court, 7-11, shopping mall, movie theater, and BTS train station.
2. Right next to a park. Good view from the rooms.

Not all drivers know about this hotel, so upon arrival in the airport, tell the driver to go to Pullman Hotel(5-star) at Rang Nam Road, which is 200 meters away.

One of the best service ever received from a hotel

i must say that the hotel is really blessed with a great staff like miss mei who goes all out to serve the customers. had problem getting to places and also booking tickets for a show and she went all out to help us get the tickets as well as negotiated for a discount. my friend and i were truly impressed of what she has done. would defintely go back to the same hotel.
food is tasty but not too fantastic with the change in variety. would be great if they implement more day to day change on the variety of their breakfast.

i liked the room because it was very comfortable with a simple arrangement of furniture made for a relaxing time. the security box was excellent. good breakfast. what i espescially liked was the location with easy access to anywhere by sky train and close to king power duty free and department store. fifteen minutes walk to central world. easy to find local food. great for access to transport to hua hin, pattaya etc.
Travel tip:
Buy a one-day ticket for Sky Train to get the most benefit.
