Perfect centeral location
Nice new modern design
good size rooms
good english speaking service
a bit noisy if it's a room facing the Sokumvit Road
I've arrived to the hotel early morning and was recieved with a smile and a welcome drink. I didn't have the voucher so I was offered kindly to use the free service of the business center and so I did and mailed the voucher to the hotel. I was advised the room will be ready at 11:00 am so I went for a walk. When I came back I recieved a room that was very noisy due to construction close by- I complained and immediatlly recieved a better quite room and was upgraded to a junior suite ,very nicely design and spacy. In the room there was a fruit ball and free bottels of water as well as DVD for movie lovers to use. The hotel location is excellent and it's new and the staff is lovely - enjoyed every minute !!!
Shopping Tip : nice restourant in the nearby corner and nice cloth shop attached Jaspal.

very clean rooms; has a nice tv / dvd setup and ok bathrooms. the bed is comfortable
the spa is dreadful; breakfast buffet not worth going to
This is definitely a place where you want to stay if you just want to sleep in a nice hotel, but dont need the facilities of a hotel. Good for shopping trips to Bangkok and thanks to its proximity to Sukumvit Soi 11 where the good clubs are a great place for young people. We don't need to look out of the window and have a nice view. Its a city after all...
Nightlife Tip : Bedsupper; Q Bar

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and professional and helpful.
We arrived at the S15 Sukhumvit late at night. The staff were very helpful in organising a quick check in and the concierge welcomed us by helping take our bags out of the taxi. We were shown to our room and facilities explained. The staff had decorated our room for our honeymoon at no extra charge which was nice. Overall very pleasant hotel in a great location-next to Asok and Nana stations for the sky train.
Shopping Tip : Hop on the skytrain to the MBK center.

breakfast, shower area and hotel facilities
Hotel is modern and artistic setting. Good location with 3 minutes walk to BTS station, nearby many restaurants and supermarket. The room is quiet even hotel is located along busy Sukhumvit, clean & bright room but shower area water flow design is a problem. A bit overpriced since its small room, small gym without pool, average breakfast but free WIFI and the excellent free 15 minutes head and shoulder massage are added bonus. The staffs are very helpful and efficient, always smiling and attentive to your needs.

Good location, very close to BTS Asok, close to nightlife, comfortable, great bathtube :)
free internet
A bit to noisy (hotel is located just at front of Sukhumvit road), room a bit to small, could not find space for my personal belonings
I did like it. A bit to noisy for my liking, location is a big plus, close to BTS and MRT. Between Nana and Soi Cowboy. A room a bit to small and not enough space for personal belonings.
Comfortable, great staff, good value for money.
Free internet in the room (wireless) :)
Had no problem with conection and used skype with ttwo webcams without the problem.
Nightlife Tip : Plenty around. Just go left or right and you can't miss it :P

Location is great, bed is clean and comfortable, aircon is quiet and strong enough, bathroom is spacious enough, air ventilation system is great, good service.
Adaptors should be supplied by default as it is almost a necessity. Wireless internet is slightly slow. Bathroom toiletries are difficult to pour out.
I love this hotel and that is why I chose to return the 2nd time. Almost everything is fantastic about the hotel. Cleanliness is tiptop. The bed is really comfortable and the pillows are fluffy, not flat. The room layout is also good. The DVD player is a brilliant idea and the TV had various channels in different languages. Power points were sufficient unlike some hotels whereby if you charge your phone, you can't charge the laptop and camera concurrently. The aromatherapy oil scent filled the room floors and it was really relaxing after a whole day's work or shopping. It was almost like returning to a home away from home.
Hotel Feature Tip : The location/map slip found at the reception counter is a must to bring along as many drivers do not know this hotel and get confused with the street name Soi 15 (aka S15, which is also the hotel name).

Very good location: walking distance to the Sky Train and subway stations.
Wireless LAN (WiFi) internet connection needs improvement(s).
Had hard time connecting the wireless internet service from the room and hotel lobby. Even in the business center, the WiFi was misbehaving, and had to ask hotel staff to restart LAN server for more than one times.
If you need the internet connection, you shall keep in your mind that the service may not always be stable, and thus you may have to ask the hotel staff for the help.

Boutique feel.
Luxury of the hotel.
Bathrooms were really excellent.
Good attentive service.
too much street noise.
The restaurant was very empty and I was the only diner in the restaurant on the evening I dined. The food was ok but nothing to write home about.
This is a very good hotel in a great location on Sukhumvit and only a short distance to the Skytrain. The staff were really attentive and had already ensured that all feather pillows and duvets were removed from the room before my arrival per my request when booking via agoda. The room had a great and comfy bed which I could have slept in really well, had it not been for the street noise. The bathroom was awesome and had a huge bath. I would definitely stay here agian but would request a less noisy room away from the steet.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the tuk tuk drivers offer a low price for sighseeing trips but seem to insist on taking you to visit shops where they get commission/petrol vouchers. After the first few times I gave up protesting that I did not want to buy gems or tourist souvenirs and just went in for a few minutes. Twice my Tuk Tuk driver then dropped me off at a shopping mall I requested to go to, and when I came out he had gone without my paying him!

The hotel was exceptionally quiet, the staff excellent and the rooms were neat, very clean and uncluttered. The location to the BTS and undergraound,as well as shops, restaurants and bars is perfect.
The wireless internet was next to useless and there was inadequate desk space to do paperwork. The computers in the business centre need to be upgraded. The limited access for taxis in the drop-off area was a great source of confusion and time wasting.
This is the fourth time I have stayed at S15, which indicates that I believe it is very good value for money. However, the limited resources for doing work-realted tasks, most notabaly desk space and the ad hoc wireless internet, was a real source of frustration.
Restaurant Tip : Although I have stayed in the Sukhumvit area tens of times I was unaware that there is an excellent value-for-money food court in the ground floor of the Robinsons department store. This is just a few minutes from S15.

Several times returning guest and will continue to do so. stylishly decorated small boutique hotel conveniently located at Sukhumvit. The Place is fairly new, well maintained and clean. Public transport (Skytrain)is easy accessible. Due to location not really a quiet, but bearable place. Buffet style breakfast has good variety. Staff is helpful and courteous.
Restaurant Tip : Many excellent restaurants with all kinds of cuisines in close vincinity

new design at lobby and in rooms;
free WIFI;
no swimming pool;
staff at restaurant are not friendly;
view of old buildings around hotel;
quite noisy as it's on a main street.
the convenient location and the newly modern design of the hotel are the two major reasons for my stay. it's only 2-minute walk to Asok BTS. yet it's not a resort hotel with well equipped facilities that you can stay all the times - there's no pool and only a very small gym. if you travel on business, it's good. if you're looking for some kind of resort, there 're plenty of other choices at this price.
Shopping Tip : Times Square is just opposite to the hotel - it's a shopping mall for outlet shops. Do pay a visit and you'll get some real good bargain.

The location was fantastic, the room was lovely, and the service was fantastic!
There wasn't much of a view to speak of from inside the room, but that didn't matter much to us as we just needed a place to stay.
Located right between Asok and Nana stations, the hotel provided the perfect setting-off point for all our journeys. The BTS was extremely convenient, and we did not have to resort to the tourist-scamming tuks-tuks or taxis when getting back to our hotel from the Siam Square area. In addition, there are lots of street food vendors and shops just long the street where the hotel is. There is also a supermarket very nearby (across the road!), and a 7-11 to boot! Apart from the location, the room I stayed in was big and comfortable, and kept wonderfully clean by housekeeping. Two thumbs up, and I will definitely be staying here the next time I go to Bangkok.

handy location, modern clean feel
The hotel is about a year and a half old only, and is just 200 steps from the BTS and MRT at Asoke / Sukhumvit. despite which there was no significant road noise. The place has a nice boutique feel about it. It is unfortunate that a theft from our room by the cleaning staff spoiled the whole experience for us.
Shopping Tip : Robinsons is just 150 steps away, and through there to the Sky train
