- Conveniently located - Hip design - Friendly staff - Cheap

- BAthroom is always leaking - Not sound proof

We always stay here whenever we are in BKK for a night or two. Conveniently located in Sukhumvit where it's close to shops, restaurants and nightlife. It's cheap price but still looking hip, trendy and clean. The only problem is that it is not sound proof and that most of the bathroom always have leaking water.

Good value for money. Friendly warm staff.

Very noisy - Sukhumvit traffic!

Spent two nights at the S15 as part of a business trip to BKK. I would definitely stay there again. The traffic is noisy but after a while you get used to it and falling asleep is no problem. Not many channels to look at on the tv. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special - After all they have to cut costs as the rates aren't as high as other 5 star hotels on Sukhumvit.

Hotel Feature Tip : Always use the concierge to book your taxi.

location

Generally the staff was very friendly but not that helpful. I asked where the nearest Boot's was and they had no idea. Know youre surroundings people! Turns out, 2 minute walk right across the street in Times Square.

just a 3 minute walk to the BTS and on the main strip of Sukhumvit so plenty of cabs. Even though it's right in the middle of all the chaos, you don't really hear or feel it in the hotel. It's quite peaceful and tranquil. Service was great. Bed was lovely. Shower was nice, right next to the bathtub, but not messy getting water everywhere. Can't complain much as they upgraded us to their master suite because of a lack of rooms. Didn't have breakfast there.

Check-in is smooth and takes only 2 minutes and there you go to your room. Manage to stay on 7th floor near to extreme corner which is what I'm looking for. The room is clean and neat, although room is not really big but it has what all you want; a good size bed with nice decor, spacious bathroom that come with rain shower, LCD TV and DVD player, what else can you ask for. As for location, it's very centrally located right in front of busy streets. Takes just 2 minutes to reach Asoke station and 4 minutes walk to Sukhumvit subway station. And Robinson is just next to the hotel.

It's the breakfast! Not much variety to choose from but it's a small issue cos you can book the room excluding breakfast, yeah?

Although it's a boutique hotel, it's really worth the 4 star grading. From the hotel staff, rooms, to location, this hotel is worth the money and thus highly recommended. What's more, you can easily access to the internet by connecting your computer using wi-fi in your room.

Travel tip : Turn left and you'll reach Robinson. Turn right, there are lots of pubs around and further down about 10 minutes walk you'll reach Nana plaza.

Good location, clean, near sky train

room can hear noise from the corridor and the road!

S15 is deceiving from the nice photos. It is smaller than what it seems, but afterall, it is a boutique hotel. Breakfast is nice, a nice variety. Rooms are modern and nice, but the walls are so thin that I can hear people walking in the corridor and also the elevator button sound. The loudest is the cars on the street. Cant get a good night sleep there. Other than that, the location is very good, with many restaurants & sky train nearby.

Restaurant Tip : There is a korean plaza across the road, with very nice korean BBQ.

Clean

Not reasonably priced for the Bangkok market. Better deals available in town.

All in all ok. Great location, good service. Breakfast not included makes it less attractive than, specially the competition in the area offers lower price.

Nice toom ambient with cozy beds. Free wireless internet. Flat screen TV. Walking distance to BTS.

None.

I spent a night at the S15 Hotel. I chose this hotel as it was near to BTS and along Sukhumvit area. Free wireless internet and wide screen flatscreen were available. The bed was confortable. Breakfast was a variety though it could be more. Staff werer friendly and helpful. Most importantly, price is reasonable. You can walk along the Sukhumvit street to enjoy the street life of Bangkok. There are stalls set along the street and you can find shirts, tee-shirts, jeans, , watched, etc. There are food around so you wont go hungry even after midnight.

Shopping Tip : there is a nearby robinson shopping mall.

close to everything

Noise

Had a great stay at the S15. Being a brand new hotel everything was in excellent condition including the attitude of the staff which was very frieendly and helpful . 1 downside was the noise coming from the street it wasnt to loud but you knew it was there. Step outside and you are in the sidewalk stalls with big shopping centres nearby

Shopping Tip : department stores bearby and street stalls outside

Good location, staffs and quite place to stay.

Noisy during early morning constructions banging all morning. Wireless connection does not always work.

It is always good to stay for short or long time to come and relax. All the staffs are very friendly and kind. Without any hassle that they would try to give you upgrade rooms for more comport. Hotel is very clean place to stay. During extra day of stay that front office already had key ready for me to use. I will come back to this hotel again.

Slow elevator

I love this hotel. Rooms are clean, great large bathroom with wonderful shower head. The location is close to Skytrain and MRT. Lots of food stalls located within a stones throw. Staff is friendly and pleasant. Did not do the breakfast.
