Great location, large beds and rooms

Location of the Hotel was within easy walking distance of Terminal 21 for shopping, dining and access by skytrain or MRT to the remainder of the city. The rooms have a fantastic 8ft bed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Terminal 21 new shopping centre. After visiting the popular attractions in Bangkok, try a visit to the Zoo.

We stayed in a junior suite but it's smaller than expected. I won't call it a suite at all. Though there are two glass walls, the view isn't attractive. Water flow was so slow and the bath tub drain cover isn't working.
It's just okay. A little disappointed as we thought it would be better.
We prefer Terminal 21 more!
Shopping Tip:
Must go Termial 21, 10 minutes away from hotel, so much to buy esp for men's wear (young and casual style). Food at food court is cheap and super tasty!

Good Location with a splash of fancy

I stayed in a duplex corner suite for a week. It would have cost me around the same amount for a Pamoramic Suite since I booked soo far out. Yeah Pain in the ass going up and down stairs but the room looked really awesome for I had an amazing view.
Its next to everything but not in everything. It has everything you would want right next to it. I opted to use taxies too long to be safe but asok is literally right there for your convieniance and much faster than taxi. about 15 baht per stop and you cant beat that.
Recommend for couples. For solo travelers I think you may want to opt for cheaper hotel since you wont be spending a whole lot of time in the hotel. So much stuff all arount it. But if you like staying in nice places and dont care as much about saving money this place is for you! Im sure you will find it cooler than typical upscale hotels.
Also the door guys are super helpful. they will google your location for you on the spot and the housekeeping is great:)
Shopping Tip:
if you want to shop wait till the wknd and go to the markets. if you look wicked western prepare to haggle big time for they will try and get you but it is the only place you will find old unique stuff at a good rate.

The dining room staff considerably lacked English for the level of Hotel. I mentioned a lighting issue in the bathroom which was acknowledged but nothing done about it. We were given the hotel courtesy Tuktuk to a particular restaurant one evening but the driver got lost and dumped in the rain saying we needed to walk! I did mention this at reception but heard nothing more.
I'd say management is overly absent but the place is nice

We stayed in this hotel for a night on my way back home and it was lovely, the bed was absolutely massive and very comfortable. I do not really like the bathroom as the water from the shower keeps coming out all over the floor

Book on line you can get some really good deals. On 3 occasions i have stayed in in the Duplex rooms. It's like having you own serviced apartment in a hotel. Living room down Stairs , Bedroom upstairs
The rooms are well designed and thought out.
Large fridge micra wave, 2 Flat screen TVs Giant Bed and Large Bathroom with second toilet at the entrench. Clean Tidy and modern. The BTS train staition Prong pong is a 3 minute walk from the hotel . The ground floor coffee shop and wine bar have a great street view to people watch.
The Belle-a vista Italian restaurant next door on Soi 31 has very good food.
A fine hotel, 4 Star, 8.8 out of ten

Greatest hotel I've ever stayed at for my entire life of business travelling. Friendly and very attentive staff wouith impeccable service. First night after dinner, came back to the room and found a birth cake in the fridge. Nice personal touch!
Great place to stay within walking distances to eateries, bars, shopping and everything else a traveller needs.
Nightlife Tip:
Nobody can be disappointed for staying at this hotel. Good lacotion for nightlife.

Well presented, but lacked personality

First impressions of the hotel were that it was well presented, yet felt slightly disjointed. Reception lacked personality and character, in a sense a reflection of the hotel name! However, our room was pleasant with good views, but slightly less 'wow' than we had hoped after reading the description.
