Boutique property, close to train station
- close to metro station (but loads of traffic to reach here), spacious duplex rooms, decent service and ambience, value for money property

Good stay, the property is close to commercial centre in bangkok but the negative aspect is the traffic you get to reach here or move to any other place. we left our cab and took the train to reach siam centre (5mn vs 35 minutes). overall, good for business travellers if they are willing to use the train.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Safari is good.. group packages offer deeep discounts.

I fully enjoyed staying at this hotel. Had a Duplex Corner View room with a nice view over Bangkok. The rooms has 2 floors. 1st floor has a kitchen, well stocked minibar, toilet, large flatscreen TV, soffas etc. On the second floor you have the bedroom with another flatscreen tv, bath, shower, wardrobe. It's also the first time I've seen a hotel who has complimantary needle and threed.
On the TV you can also see which activities the hotel offers during the week, cooking class, yoga, fruit carving etc. A nice feature
Breakfast is really excellent.
Location is also good, right along Sukvit road and a short walk to skytrain.

We travelled with parents and spent quite a lot of time next to the pool side, lots of famous and giant shopping mall around the district, great breakfast with lots of choice, while quite a lot of business man staying there, we had a noisy breakfast time.

lovely hotel and brand new room, we stayed in the duplux room and our parents stayed in the paranoma view room, we prefer the duplux more, 2 level with modern funiture, we enjoy our stay very much.

arrived at 1.00am to be booked in by polite well informed receptionist. room on 18th floor was loft style with large living area downstairs and bed and bathroom upstairs. bed was the size of two kings. bath and shower in adjoining room. pool, gym on 8th floor with glass sides. very impressive.dining on 6th floor. breakfast included for all tastes. asian,european and any type of egg combination.
concierge service on ground floor always helpfull in obtaining taxi and directing driver to correct location.this is a shuttle service which we did not use doing a loop up and around sukhumvit road. overall would recommend to others.minus was the size of room for clothes storage.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for room facing BTS .View from this side was far better.

Second time in a warm hotel

this is my second time to stay at the hotel with my family. my children enjoyed the transparent swimming pool. the staff performance is excellent and the facilities are good. the security system is also protective to the guests. the traffic is convenience where the hotel is nearby bts and even mrt. a recommendable hotel and sure that i will come back again.

we came last year and had a duplex room also. the hotel is now in full activity with restaurant, spa, winebar...
we plan to come back at the end of the month for 4 nights.
breakfast buffet is superb and the people who are working here are very helpfull.
