Cosy & Quiet Hotel.

i was surprised when i saw the rate stated at the check-in counter is per night. i was really hapy that i booked through agoda at a really bargain price . worth to pay & stay at this room. room can accommodate up to 6 pax. bed is very spacious. can easily sleep up to 4 pax. there's a sofa (can sleep 1 pax) & a resting bed (can sleep 1 pax) downstair. very comfortable for a whole family. highly recommend this room for family. the rest are good.

More than a just Hotel room

s31 is a great boutique style hotel with large apartment style rooms. the hotel is only about 2 years old so it's still modern and fresh. i've stayed in both the 2 story duplex room and the panorama view suite, which is larger but really only on 1 level except for the enterance downstairs. the panorama suite does have large curved windows that provide sweeping views of the banhkok skyline.
the hotel is located in an excellent location on sukhumvit, just a short walk from the bustling street side market, but also very close to a villa supermarket and the bts sky train station and the impressive but slightly expensive emporium shopping mall.
i travel to bangkok atleast 4 times every year and s31 is my hotel of preference because of the large rooms, decor and staff.
Restaurant Tip:
Oam Thong restuarant in the next soi 33 is excellent.

The welcoming was very profesional and it tooks us only ten minutes to check-in with all the services of the hotel commented. The room was very clean and the bed was HUGE!!! The hotel is very well located on a very attractive area. Breakfast was correct. The small massage offered was a very nice touch. I will definitvely come back.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you come for Romance, I recommend the duplex room. The executive is overloaded of technology.

A newly design hotel. The duplex hotel is good for a couple and/or with a child. The lobby is situated on the 8/F which is Quiet and away for the street. Staff are friendly. The hotel is close to Sky Train station and in a walking distance to Emporium department store. Good location.

Location is not so convenient it takes 10 mins from BTS. The room is really big. Swimming pool I'd not big but beautiful and less people. Breakfast is poor and limited choices.

S31 hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. We stayed in a duplex suite and it was our first stay in a duplex room, it felt we were at home.The hotel is new and modern. The staff is very friendly especially the concierge. The hotel is in a very chique neigherbood, the prime minister's residence was just a few blocks away.The hotel is just a few minutes from a BT station so it was very convenient for us to go to other areas in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip:
Use the BT (monorail) to travel around as most of the big shopping malls are close to a BT station.

The hotel was very accommodating to any requests. They had turn-down service in the evenings, a tasty international breakfast buffet, comfortable beds and tall windows offering views of the city. We found it to be a perfect place for a romantic getaway while we dined our way around Bangkok.
Both the subway and the BTS are a 5 minute walk down Sukhumvit, and there is plenty of access to high-end shopping just across the street at the Emporium.

i have just rebooked this hotel and i will rebook it again and again. its modern chik and in a great location, close to major shopping complex and easy access to public transport . breakast was great and the view is fantastic from my room .
