Great bed- extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Fantastic rain shower, with plenty of hot water. (Hot water seems to be a rarity in Bangkok hotels.) The staff is great and very helpful. They should advertise that there is a refrigerator in the room, which they stock with 2 complimentary bottles of water each day.
Stay above the 4th floor- my room looked at the back of a building, less than 4 feet from my window. Not much of a view!
Where do I begin? I'm hard to impress with hotel rooms, but Sacha's Hotel Uno has done things right. The room isn't overly fancy, but it has everything you need. They spent money in all the right places- the bed and rain shower were both fantastic. You can access the closet from the bedroom area or from the bathroom, which is convenient. The hotel is small, so you never seem to have to wait for an elevator. I really liked the hardwood floors in the room. They supply 2 pairs of slippers and 2 robes.
I did not eat at the hotel, so I'll give the food an average rating.
For convenience... there is a 7-Eleven right across the street. Don't want to cross the street? There is another 7-Eleven 200 feet down the road on the same side as the hotel! There is a Pizza Patio across the street, which was fine for a quick lunch. There is also a tapas restaurant and an Italian place on the block. There is also a place to have your laundry done within about 100 feet of the front door. As you walk from the hotel to Sukhumvit, you will pass at least 2 massage places (can't beat the foot massages in Bangkok), as well as a Robinson's department store. (Robinson's has everything from appliances to shoes. Anything you might need or might have forgotten to pack can be found there. It is similar to a JC Penney store.)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : For Bangkok's famed nightlife, Soi Cowboy is a couple of blocks away (between Soi 23-25), and Nana plaza is near Soi 8. This puts both within walking distance.
The skytrain and subway are both a short walk from the hotel, which is quite convenient. I recommend buying the day pass for the skytrain, which conveniently takes you to the major shopping malls and other areas of the city.

Reasonable room size for such a city
Hotel service was very good and accomodating. Even tried to make amends for air con failure by offering a free night's stay the next time I go to Bangkok.
Shower was very soothing
Power points including HDMI, USB etc was a great idea
Free Wifi
Location very close to Asoke station on the BTS sky train.
Air con susceptible to outages.
Hotel walls quite thin, so you can hear people banging on the doors, talking in the hallway and the lift operating at all times.
Breakfast hasn't got much choice
I did like this hotel, however something was definitely missing about the hotel. It might be its character. We were staying in Bangkok for 3 nights and this hotel is more business oriented than for tourists.
The shower was very good, and the room had some good touches about it.
Rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly.
For breakfast you only really have few options, and is quite repetitive.
Hotel Feature Tip : Try and choose a room that is far away from the lift.

great location, good high speed wireless internet, comfi beds and pillows
Hot water of shower is very very unstable.
This is the best hotel that i've stayed with its surprisingly clean room and good location.Complimentary wifi access is very helpful to some business travellers.Staffs also very kind to help solve our problem.would definitely stay again when next time be in Bangkok. hope the poor water pressure and unstable hot water shower will be solve at that time.
Shopping Tip : The convenience store is right opposite the hotel.

not huge (i don't like hotels with more than 100 rooms), yet has restaurant AND cafe, friendly staff, lots of channels on cable TV (but many of them are unknown and boring, no major movie or music channels)
some rooms with no windows; 7th floor rooms - very hot; discontinued the 50% discount at dining outlets for in-house guests - with the discount it was worth eating there but without discount you're better off eating out; building 2 not connected to lobby & restaurant - messy when raining; no pool, no gym;
HOW can a hotel try to sell rooms with nowindows? and they're small rooms too - you don't have to be claustrophobic to freak out!
Don't stay in 7th floor rooms - very hot, not enough insulation so heat from roof comes through!
Restaurant Tip : Lots of dining choices at Asoke junction (walking distance), Emporium mall (BTS 1 stop), or Nana area (BTS 1 stop).

Great Location, very friendly staffs, feel welcome. There are many massage shops along the street and very convenient
Hot water in the room not hot enough, tune to the hottest level, but can only feel a little warm.
Aircon is very strong even I tune to 26degree. The sound of the aircon is a little loud.
The hotel is new, not big, make me feel at home. Room is clean and with modern design, which is what I like. The bed is super comfortable. The hot water is not hot enough, can only feel warm even I tune to the fullest. Aircon is too cold on 26 degrees.
In general, I like this hotel for the comfort and hospitality. Breakfast is good and the price is reasonable.

Location; Clean and Modern; Staff Eager to Help
One MINOR problem: The Card Key didn't turn on the electricity, so I had to use two cards - one for the door and the other for the lights, TV, etc. This was not true in my other visit to the hotel.
As a returnee, I was recognized and treated as an "old friend." Upgraded to a Delux Room on the third floor. I didn't notice a problem with thin walls, but my neighbor evidently did, as I got a call from the front desk at about 11:00 PM one evening, asking me very politely to turn down the volume. This was quite a surprise, as I really didn't believe the sound was "that" loud.
NOTE: A very good Japanese restaurant across the street (upstairs).
Hotel Feature Tip : Channel 55 on the TV has a good Bangkok morning show (M -F, 6:00 - 8:00 AM), in English.

-Clean, tidy and quiet
-Staff are friendly and helpful
-Good location. 5 min walks to BTS skytrain ASOK
You get a 5 star service @ a 3 star price.
The room is clean and cozy. It's located conveniently in the heart of the city. The staff are always cheerful, well-trained, polite and helpful.
I'll definitely come back again!
Restaurant Tip : Baan Khatijah (a Thai restaurant recommended by the staff) - 10-15 min walks from the hotel. You can ask the hotel staff how to get there.

This hotel is clean, efficient and well run. It was built fairly recently, so everything looks good, feels fine and works properly. The bathroom of my superior room was very large, the shower being big enough for at least 4 people ! The staff are helpful, courteous and have a good command of the English language. The hotel is situated near the Asok Sky Train station, so it is easy to get around. Despite being very central with nightlife close by, the hotel is quiet at night. I felt very secure here. The rooms each have a safe.
There are very few serious disandvantages. The rooms have no balconies. They are certainly big enough although not oversized. The only real disadvantage was the fact that there were only 2 very small drawers one of which was in the bathroom.
I can warmly recommend this clean hotel both to families and to single travellers. The rooms have a touch of luxury. It is well worth the price paid. For those who enjoy the Sukhumwit night life the hotel is "guest friendly".

the room was great, very large and modern
the elevator is rather slow and clunky, the bed was too soft for me since i prefer a firm mattress
the hotel is great and is in a great location, the breakfast buffet is excellent, the in-house wi-fi is great (though for 1 day it wasn't working), hotel staff were courteous and helpful, only drawback was that the bed was too soft compared to what I prefer, in terms of value for money it is a great and i will certainly consider staying here again on my next visit to Bangkok

Strategically located, clean and luxurious rooms with soft beds, girl friendly, free internet
Stayed in this hotel for the last 5 days of my trip in October. I stayed in the deluxe room, which was very luxurious and well maintained, although a bit small. I really liked the soft bed and the layout of the bathroom which was very modern.
The hotel itself is located a 3 minutes walk away from Asoke station and the BTS-MRT interchange. So you can use the trains in a total of 4 directions, to go everywhere in the city within minutes, and avoid Bangkok's notorious traffic.
Last but not least, this is a girl friendly hotel with free wi-fi internet.
Nightlife Tip : Soi Cowboy is less than a 5 minutes walk away from this hotel.

Room is modern and clean
Free Wi-Fi and lobby computer
Friendly and helpful staffs
5mins walk to Asok BTS station
No swimming pool, it will be great to swim after a tiring day
We stayed at this hotel for 4nights. the location was excellent, 7-11 is just opposite, 5mins walk to Asok BTS station and 15mins taxi ride to major shopping centres, MBK, Platinum etc. Room is well furbished, very stylish and modern and the bed is very cosy. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful - he helped to flag a cab and loaded our luggages when we check out. Hotel breakfast is decent, there's a few street stalls along the street outside hotel selling delicious local food. Overall, a very pleasant stay at sacha's hotel uno. I'll definitely stay here again when i visits bangkok again.
Restaurant Tip : Try local foods along the street outside hotel. it's cheap and delicious.

Very Nice Room, Very clean, excellent staff, location is perfect to access trains.
7th floor room very noisy when it rained.
The hotel staff greeted me at the door and provided very good information about the city. The room service was fast and friendly. The room itself was very modern and clean. Very nice flat screen TV and desk area in the room. Clean, modern and sleek feel in the bathroom/shower. The free bathrobes in the room was a nice touch. Inroom safe was very easy to use. The free internet cafe was top rate. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to vist again when I return to Bangkok.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very easy to access train stations.

New hotel, nice attentive people, good bed and bathroom, convenient location.
A non smoking room with an ashtray?? The smell of smoke in the room, while in the brochure they clame to be a non smoking hotel??? Very negative, I will not stay here again!
I'm surprised to encouter many hotels in Thailand who claim to be non smoking hotels, but still allow guests to smoke. We stayed in the Deluxe room, the comfort and looks are great! But to my surpise there was an ashtray on the desk. I asked the staff why, no answer came, but the tray was immediately removed. I already could smell 'old smoke'. Really unpleasant smell. With the staff I looked into other rooms on that floor, because housekeeping was cleaning them. All rooms smelled bad and had ashtrays on the tables! This is really a pitty, for the hotel is very conviently located near the Asoke skytrain. The hotel is very new, which brings me to my last comment: why are the cealings on the ground floor only 1.90 meter high? My husband, who is 1.92 m, had to bend to get his breakfast....

bed, location near Asoke station,
Enjoyed the stay with a very comfortable bed however no electricity from 10am until 2pm as the electrical company was doing work to the overhead power lines, no internet or air conditioning.
Will stay again because of the great bed.
Shopping Tip : 7-11 opposite is great for all items needed whilst being away from home.
