But, you know what they say.... First impressions count... Our first intitial greeting wasn't very friendly. The receptionist was busy and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for us to see us. There was someone else in the office, why didn't she call that person to assist us.After checking in, we had to wait to go up to our room. Maybe 10, minutes..... When the room was ready, there was no one to help take our bags upstairs to our room. The room very bright and cosy. Comfy bed, large bathroom with good shower head and pressure.... Very nice. Every time we left or came back, we were not acknowledged. That was very disappointing. Checkout just like check in was a slow process. I think at least 15-20 minutes. Wasn't asked "how was your stay?" The receptionist said bye, but the doorman didn't and once again we were not assisted to call a taxi or with our bags. Overall nice hotel and room, but very disappointed with the attitude and performance of the staff working. I don't think I will stay here again.... Plenty of other places around that will make you feel welcome......
