close to airport and my place of business
Allowed early check in, spacious room with kitchen area, modern bathroom.

I chose Sasha House because it was near my business appointment. I was pleased they allowed me to check in before 1030. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. I was disappointed to find no hotel or area information in the room , also a price list for items in the mini bar would have been useful. If I have repeat business in that area I would stay there again

Far from transportation,no matter where you go have to get a taxi! Has cockroach inside the room, the lift not stopping at 2nd floor, you need to lift your luggage by your self if your room is in 2nd level, the aircon has weirded smell and quite bad, the hot water is difficult to operate , the breakfast is bad and not much , my tommy was not feeling well after having it. No enough staff is there to help you, especilly at night, no hair dryer in the room.Will not stay again!

This hotel is very pretty for a small hotel the rooms are well decorated. I wish this hotel had better staff training. The room we stayed in had a sliding glass door that opened to a drop off two high. The hot water did not work at first but was quickly fixed by the front desk girl. Breakfast was served in the room it was ice cold. I think this hotel has great potential and hope this review helps the owners take the necessary steps to improve the ratings in the future.

Good price for a suitable hotel
Freshly laundered sweet smelling towels; good quality sheets; great tv with lots of english speaking channels; good sized room; efficient air conditioner; lots of storage in built in cabinets;

Had difficulty communicating b/c very little English is understood by staff. The hotel was very quiet both day and night. It's on the corner of a busy street and we had no trouble getting a taxi any time day or night. Within walking distance of small restaurants and a midsize shopping mall.

An oasis furniture... with some deadly flaws

This is a well-appointed hotel and perfectly located for Kasetsart. The room I stayed in had some BIG negatives: the air conditioning didn't work - simply the fan - so I spent a rather hot night. Worse still, there is a sliding door in my room, unlocked, through which is a plunge down three stories to the ground. There is no barrier, no warning. BE WARNED!

Nice decorated room but low ceiling, so feel a little bit uncomfortable. Room and toilet are clean. Use very modern and luxury furniture. Staff was nice and friendly. Have only few parking. Location is ok and near Major Ratchayothin.

The Hotel is over rated to be a 4 star Hotel.
The personal was very polity but have not got any instructions about what to do. The service was pure as the personal could not speak English. The breakfast was of low standard. The heather for hot water to the shower was difficult to activate and did not work.

The hot shower does not work at all. There is also no working table for one to do their work or sit the notebook down but you have wifi access in the room. A strange combination. There is no buffet breakfast but the breakfast which is American is similar to B&Bs in Europe, so you get a decent complete meal. I choose this to try out as i need to be within Don Muang area but i won't come back again for the above reasons. It doesn't register for me.
