price, including breakfast Was looking for a hotel near Khao san and therefor I was disappointed. The hotel is very basic, a small room, it gives a good price.
Next time I would look for a hotel closer to Khao San road, as this was the reason I wanted to stay in this area.

clean and tidy,air conditioner works good,easy to find food,close to khaosan rd and grand palace.many taxi n tuk2 in front of the hotel,nice breakfast quite old n small room,also the bathroom.some staff are unfriendly and can't speak english clearly. i choose this room after read the review from agoda,and i get very good price by booking in agoda.i really enjoy my 2 nights stay.because of its inexpensive price can't complaint!!but u'll get the really good 'basic' service.nice bed,nice air conditioner,with clean towel.theres also a hair dryer.hot water also works good.they give us a nice toast with egg n fruit also a choices of coffee n tea for breakfast.nice location,cheap food,cheap transportation.the bad thing is only on some staff who cannot speak english fluently.i'll be back 2 this hotel by booking at agoda
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : just walk to the temple...its very2 near.take a taxi is cheaper than tuk2

Very clean room. Friendly and help full staff.Would recommend staying there. Don't expect mini bar as you know it. It consists of 2 small bottles of water and a basket with some crisps, cashew nuts, lighter, Marlboro's and Marlboro lights. And condoms!!! how thought full of them. All in all I would recommend this hotel. However I have to mention that when I wonted to extend my stay price all most doubled. The reception lady then asked me if I booked room with Agoda, which I did, she advised me to go online and get the room again via Agoda, as this was much cheaper option. I thought that was very nice of her. Apparently diffet\rent agencies have different prices for same hotels. All most half price if you book with Agoda. As mentioned above, very clean rooms, quiet for close proxemety of Kao San Road, about 3-5 min walk. Breakfast included was not all that amazing but O.K.
