The very friendly personnel is the best point of the hotel. The hotel has a nice decoration and it is very clean. It is in the heart of China Town.

The room was very small and has not window if you need fresh air. Also the door is of a light contruction and cannot stop the noises from in and out. During the time I was there many noises from works which were doind outsdide during the whole day and night.

The concept of the hotel is nice but the doors of the rooms are a problem. The rooms are small for two persons and they dont have balcony -not even window to open. It is in the center of china town but far away from sky train or metro so there is the need to use taxi. Around there are many restaurants but none has good food. The price is good if you think to stay for two or three days and to use the romm mainly for sleep.

Do yourself a favour and book yourself into this hotel. What an amazing experience!! The whole ambiance about this hotel is just.... well, words cannot describe it! We loved this hotel, the reception area, the location (especially for shopping in China Town), the free tuk-tuk service with the friendliest driver(s), the rooms, the beds, the bathroom, nothing-nothing-nothing to say anything bad about! I wished we could afford to stay here for our full period in Bangkok!! For our whole 3 week trip, this was my favourite hotel!! Such a romantic feel about this place - well done for the interior decorators who did such a brilliant job!!

Restaurant Tip : try the corner street 'restaurant'!! the busiest restaurant in Bangkok??... people queue to get a seat on the corner of the street and SO MANY fancy cars parking for take-aways, I was quite amazed!
