Location is best, staff is very helpfull, good for convention and group. Tuc-Tuc are alway ready to take you where erver you like, they know the place very well.
Staff was not heplfull wil internet communication, this is one of the reason I move to an other hotel the my last week in Bangkok. (16 BHT per minute) ( only pay 1 BHT at other location) Breakfast expensive not best.
Hotel very well location in Bangkok, Staff is very good and extremely polite,
Fodd is ok but expensive, Good location for large shopping center, near Sky Train, Close to downtomn using the Sky Train, Taxi and Tuc-Tuc,
You get to knowe the People easily, Same taxi driver ready to help event as a guide, this is similar for Tuc-Tuc driver, Alway be carefull, they can take you to plances you did not plan, ask question. Good Taylor close to that Hotal Brioni Taylor, I was took there by the Taxi driver, no regret very good service.
The reasn I let for an other hotel was trhe cost of using internet at this hotel, in todays communication these hotel should offer free internet access. I have appreciate AGODA reservation through this process,
Shopping Tip : Not at walking distance to any thing, but close enought to use a taxi or tuc-tuc at a fair price, not a bad location, but too far to walk to area of activities.

We had a pleasant stay there. The facilities n room services is best ever I had ever stay. The morning breakfast is marvellous too.
There isn't thing I dislike here.
I will choose this hotel again if I get the chance to go Bangkok once more as it is nearby city & market area. The services which they provided for us is indeed good. Room keeping services is good too. =)
Shopping Tip : Night market.

I was very please with everything at this hotel. People were friendly and always ready to assist. The deluxe room respected his 5 stars, giving all expected services. Parking was directly into the hotel.
As a computer user the 16 baths/minutes make me go out for this service. The swimming pool was in renovation.
I was please that they could accomodate my specific need of two joining room, one room with king bed and the other with 2 double bed. The room and services were up to the 5 stars, supplying everything expected for the price paid. The personnel had difficulty in English but they will do everything to understand your request. The very large choice of restaurant was a plus when you are with people from Africa, Canada and Thailand, we were able to find excellent food for everyone. I find the hotel very easy to access and to find, being close to Victory Monument.
Out of high season the price per room was good for services and infrastructure provided.
Restaurant Tip : On the street corner their is a tower mainly for specialise courses in wich you will find inexpensive breakfast and coffe shop
