Location, Staff not so friendly
The atmosphere in the hotel is somehow not so happy, maybe it's due to the dark colors, and maybe the staff. Location is not so good - must take taxi to every place, but it's also an advantage - from the airport and back there is no traffic problems.
Rooms and Food are very good.
The price is not cheap.

I chose this hotel for my client because it is located very close to the BTS Skytrain station. Due to its location, this is an ideal hotel for business travellers who need easy access to the BTS. I also liked the fact that it is close to the King Power Duty Free shop as well as the shopping malls. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is also very good.
