Location is best, staff is very helpfull, good for convention and group. Tuc-Tuc are alway ready to take you where erver you like, they know the place very well.

Staff was not heplfull wil internet communication, this is one of the reason I move to an other hotel the my last week in Bangkok. (16 BHT per minute) ( only pay 1 BHT at other location) Breakfast expensive not best.

Hotel very well location in Bangkok, Staff is very good and extremely polite, Fodd is ok but expensive, Good location for large shopping center, near Sky Train, Close to downtomn using the Sky Train, Taxi and Tuc-Tuc, You get to knowe the People easily, Same taxi driver ready to help event as a guide, this is similar for Tuc-Tuc driver, Alway be carefull, they can take you to plances you did not plan, ask question. Good Taylor close to that Hotal Brioni Taylor, I was took there by the Taxi driver, no regret very good service. The reasn I let for an other hotel was trhe cost of using internet at this hotel, in todays communication these hotel should offer free internet access. I have appreciate AGODA reservation through this process,

Shopping Tip : Not at walking distance to any thing, but close enought to use a taxi or tuc-tuc at a fair price, not a bad location, but too far to walk to area of activities.

We had a pleasant stay there. The facilities n room services is best ever I had ever stay. The morning breakfast is marvellous too.

There isn't thing I dislike here.

I will choose this hotel again if I get the chance to go Bangkok once more as it is nearby city & market area. The services which they provided for us is indeed good. Room keeping services is good too. =)

Shopping Tip : Night market.

I was very please with everything at this hotel. People were friendly and always ready to assist. The deluxe room respected his 5 stars, giving all expected services. Parking was directly into the hotel.

As a computer user the 16 baths/minutes make me go out for this service. The swimming pool was in renovation.

I was please that they could accomodate my specific need of two joining room, one room with king bed and the other with 2 double bed. The room and services were up to the 5 stars, supplying everything expected for the price paid. The personnel had difficulty in English but they will do everything to understand your request. The very large choice of restaurant was a plus when you are with people from Africa, Canada and Thailand, we were able to find excellent food for everyone. I find the hotel very easy to access and to find, being close to Victory Monument. Out of high season the price per room was good for services and infrastructure provided.

Restaurant Tip : On the street corner their is a tower mainly for specialise courses in wich you will find inexpensive breakfast and coffe shop

This is really a 5 star hotel, whilst the price was for 3 stars. The temperature of the room was fine, and there was no noice at all. My room was very spacious and clean. The internet connection in the room was fast.

The internet was a bit expensive.

I came for a conference in the same hotel, so that was very convenient. The restaurant, which is open to the lobby, was a perfect place to have meetings with small groups. Just opposite the hotel is a museum in traditional Thai houses with antiquities. It is also possible to walk over the walking bridge to a nearby market with low cost souvenirs. In Bangkok the traffic is such that it is very important to be able to walk to some places.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Hotel is next to the Monorail station which is far out the fastest way of travel in Bangkok.

Very good location if you are here for business and you need to go for shopping or to different places within the city.. I could hear some noise form the street below. There is a bit of mold smell in the bathroom. Furniture are old. Overall good service and an experience I would repeat.

Good value.

Bathroom was dark and out-dated.

Near sky-train station, friendly staff. This hotel may have been a 5-star 15 years ago, but it is definitely not one now. The most star I would award this hotel is 4-star. This hotel reminded me of Rembrandt hotel on Sukumvit street. Agoda lists Rembrandt as 4-star. I wonder if Siam City paid Agoda premium for upgrading it to 5-star.

This hotel is located very conveniently in the city centre, just a couple minute walk away from Phaya Thai BTS (Skytrain) station. The hotel staff were friendly, spoke English quite well, and managed every customer concerns well. The hotel pool was under service (April 2009), but shuttle bus service to a near by hotel pool worked ok.

Smart,clean, well appointed rooms

location not great

I'm sure I didn't pay a lot for the room, but the hotel had a style and flavour of a few more stars than I expected. The rooms were very well appointed, calmly modern with a touch of Thai. The staff at the door were fantastic and it seemed there was nothing they couldn't do.

Shopping Tip : There's a 7/11 just down the road

Friendly Employees, Clean public areas, proactive Bell and Door staff. Proximity to major attractions without the hustle and bustle of street traffic. Private feel.

Reception and Information staff are not knowledgeable about city attractions and restaurant recommendations. I recommend that you research places and restaurants prior to visiting Bangkok (if it is your first time)

Siam City Hotel is value for money, travel desk is very helpful. Food quality within the hotel is above average. Affordable luxury. Well appointed rooms, clean. Friendly Housekeeping staff. Overall a good hotel which I will recommend.

Restaurant Tip : Short walk behind the hotel is a restaurant next to King Power for truly authentic Thai cuisine. Try the BTS (Bangkok skytrain). 7 minutes walk away. easy to use and clean.

Clean rooms and friendly staffs. Good views from the hotel room

Too close to the busy intersection. Far away from the local eating places.

A nice and clean hotel, staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms come with a LCD TV , and very fast internet. Hotel has many variety of restaurant namely, Thai, chinese, Italian and Japanese restaurant, also include variety of local art and craft. However, it is not very close to the local restaurants in walking distance. From the airport, it takes about 20 minutes by meter taxi, which costs about 250 baht to 300 baht. It is recommendable hotel with a good value of money.

Shopping Tip : you can take skytrain in 2 stops to get to siam paragon shopping centre .

Friendly staff and great food.

Check-out procedure has still not improved.

This is probably the 7-8 time I stay at Siam City and the reason I come back is because it really is a great hotel for its price range, the rooms are clean and quiet and the breakfast buffet is really great. What I can't understand is that they still haven't been able to improve the check-out service, it is really time consuming and complicated. Even though you can call and ask for the bill to be prepared, you should count at least 5 minutes for the check-out. Other than that, a really great hotel.

Restaurant Tip : Try the restaurants on the street behind the hotel.

The gym is great and the food.

The "old" wing rooms should be updated a bit more.

I've stayed at the hotel at many occasions before but ended up in the old wing this time. Since I hadn't stayed in the old wing for some time I wanted to try it out. The wing is great although some things could be updated in the room. The Club Lounge is really convenient and overall the hotel boasts a great gym and also great food in all its restaurants. I will come again.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go for a massage on the street behind the hotel - Rathanom Spa.

good location, easy to access from the airport.

waiting lobby not enough chair.

the hotel staff is friendly, but it take long time for the room to clean up. the hotel staff willing to let you check in although we reached there early. the room is big and very easy to get to the shopping area. the transit between hotel and the airport is too expensive. may suggest to give customer a tour round the city before sending back to the the airport so that the cost is worth to the customer.

Shopping Tip : check price before ride on the tuk-tuk. better took a meter taxi which is far more better and safer.
