Excellent friendly service, very clean, nice outdoor area, safe
These are very minor cons: have to pay for internet, pool a little small, not enough non-smoking floors.
This is simply a wonderful, well priced hotel with style. I like being reminded that I am in Thailand throught the lovely decor. Wonderful attention to detail, particularly to blocking noise. Great location for airport bus, MRT & BTS, Lumpini park and the wonderful warm, friendly and helpful service have swayed me to make this hotel my home away from home in Bangkok, and I am here at least 6 times per year. My last stay was in the suite and it is such a lovely yet practical little apartment, perfect for separating all our shopping from our daily living.
Shopping Tip : two short MRT stops to the Night market and 10 min walk to department stores.

No best features in this hotel.
Would not stay there again.
Its very old and dated inside and the pictures on the website are incredible compared to its actual real look. Pool area is very small, old and dirty with tiles coming off the pool. Not good for children. Hotel is smack opposite Pat Pong so loads of noise.
Nightlife Tip : Directly opposite Pat Pongs nightlife zone.

Near to all the action of Patpong, Nice roof top garden and plunge pool
Air conditioning very noisy, poor view from rooms at back of the hotel
If you are looking for an authentic Thai hotel in the centre of down town then look no further than the Siam Heritage. Furnished in dark wood with Thai statues and features in abundance this hotel certainly lives up to its billing. The rooms are large and the one we stayed in had a very comfortable king size bed, the bathroom was also roomy with an excellent shower providing hot water almost immeadiatley. On the roof top you will find a small decked garden with a jaccuzzi and small but enjoyable plunge pool, there is also a bar there that makes a good cocktail which you can enjoy whilst sitting in the warm Jaccuzzi. The restuarnt on the ground floor provides excellent Thai food, but be aware it is spicy. Breakfast was provided in the cost of the room and was adequate
Restaurant Tip : The Mango Tree restuarant is just around the corner from the hotel, well worth a visit.
