Great Hotel with a pool and spa on the roof

I enjoyed my stay at the Saim Heritage Boutique Hotel, the pool and Spa on the roof was a nice touch with its bar and garden and lots of vegitation. You did not feel like you were in the middle of the city. The rooms where large, with a desk to work at with plenty of light. The Breakfast that was inclued in my package was all you could eat and good tasting.

Great location, a short walk from Patpong and BTS and MRT stations

The rooms are a bit small and the view is bad, but you will soon forget about that once you close the curtains. The hotel is a surprisingly quiet, peaceful place that is tastefully decorated, the service is great and the swimming pool with garden on the roof are beautiful. Inside the hotel it is very quiet.
And all of this is just next to Patpong and a short walk to MRT and BTS station.
Travel tip:
Try the restaurant at the basement of the hotel.

siam heritage is a hotel i would seriously consider staying at again.
the staff at street level display, and follow up with any concern or query you may have,and advise you accordingly.
the room was comfortable and well maintained.
i had the misfortune, or stupidity to leave my visa card in the atm machine three days before my departure. i'm just a one card guy, travel on a tightish budget etc.the management assisted me in contacting visa and asked me if another card number could be provided for my sundries and a cash advance to me, to help with my cash problem. (friday night flying out tuesday), no new card or cash from visa in this timeframe.
my room was paid for in advance but sundries like soda from bar fridge and basic expenses for nights out became an issue.
on my sisters permission email,and card account details only, the siam heritage advanced me enough funds to enjoy the rest of my time in bangkok and make my flight home enjoyable.
thank you siam heritage. and everyone from the street entrance,the restaurent,the breakfast buffet,to the excellent staff who maintained the room. you are likely to see me again.
i wish you all good health.
Travel tip:
If going to the Grand Palace tour,I went in the afternoon tour (but this was, as I found out,minus the alms to the monks)and found myself the only member of the tour,In some respects good (solo tour and lots of history) but I missed the pleasure of the variety of the experiences of other travellers and their reactions.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Really good rooftop garden area, really tranquil spot to get away from the hustle of the Bangkok streets.

Really enjoyed our stay, nice quiet hotel very close to Patpong night market and a short walk to the sky train (no more than 10 minutes). Helpful staff, our flight arrived very early in the morning and we were able to check-in upon arrival which was greatly appreciated.

i stayed 10 days in all at this place and it was my first time. It was close to patpong, Post office, supermarkets nightlife and they staf ensured I did not pay too much for airport or taxis. i have been to Bangkok several timeas and knew thelocal fares anyway but the staff ensured I paid a fair price every time without haggle. No one expected a tip and the room was very comfortable and clean. the pool area is wonderful and in the middle of Bangkok - very quite and felt you were away in the wilds! i will stay again for sure!
Shopping Tip:
Avoid MBK and Paragon.. Ask for A grade quality and insist and you will get "THAT"bargain you visit Thailand for!

Nice hotel in convenient location. I've stayed in numerous 5 star hotels in Bangkok and whilst the Siam Heritage doesn't have the "luxury" of these top hotels, for 1/5 of the price I can't fault it, the room was clean, the air con worked and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was OK,
