Hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean and spacious Too far away from airport The Hotel staff is very friendly and the room is clean and spacious. However, I don't think that it should be called a airport hotel. It take at least 15-20 minutes to reach the airport via the highway which you need to pay for the toll, it will take you much longer if you decide to take the local road.

Very Quite suitable for relaxing
Staff very friendly A little far from BTS and Underground We stayed here for a couple night, and love the peacful surrounding. Staffs are very friendly, we cant fault them. The room is very big compare to the hotel in inner bangkok. Everything that you asked for a 4 star hotel, is included.
A little bit far from the BTS and Underground, but taxi is the option, just take a taxi to a nearest station, there you go.

late night check in, took our bags to our room immediately, offered us delicious fruit juice, room was large and comfortable, called us when taxi arrived in morning perfect, will come back

It delivered just what we anticipated. Only slight gripe was shower not working well. As warned in previous reviews, despite the name the hotel is not that close to the airport and certainly the airport limo service charged us almost the same as going down town (certainly more than the proportional distance).
Staff very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the food served.
Room clean and functional, but the service stopped it from being an impersonal hotel.
Bad weather stopped us looking rougn the area, but there seemed to be places nearby.

Not much to say here its great for a stop over Can get to hotel in two ways make sure the taxi know the short way.
I did not eat there so i dont know what the food was like

Very friendly and helpful staff; Nice welcome drink and fruit; On a quiet street within walking distance to stores, markets; Short taxi ride to large shopping complex No complimentary airport shuttle (as we had expected) - about a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport (~200baht) When we arrived at the airport after a long journey we were expecting to be picked up by the hotel however they were not there to meet us. We spoke with the hotel on the phone and it took a long time to work out a solution to the misunderstanding, which resulted in us taking a public taxi to the hotel. After a somewhat rocky beginning to our stay we were welcomed by smiling faces and very helpful staff. As we arrived late the restaurant was already closed but they drew us a map of the neighborhood so that we could venture out to find some food and snacks. In the morning they provided us with an early wake up call and had a taxi waiting to take us back to the airport after our very short stay. The hotel seemed to be in a good neighborhood - unfortunately we didn't have a long enough layover to enjoy the area.

We booked a night here to be near the airport to catcha 5:30 AM departure. Staff had taxi waiting for us when we were ready. Taxi driver charged more for trip to airport than previous driver charged for comimg to the Hotel. The hotel was clean room was quite nice. The first hotel in Thailand where we actually had a wash cloth in the bathroom. Bed was firm. Best TV channel selection we had in Thailand. Would recomend this hotel for anyone staying in that area. Food was good. Staf was very accommodating.

I liked it because its location is very quite place This hotel is far from any entertainment activity This hotel is not so close to Airport its still 20 min drive on free way and its located in very quiet place where u can't find any entertainment but there is small market 10 min walking also the Rooms are good and clean also all rooms are non smoking if u have to smoke go to the tarace . Room equiped with small kitchen and dining table beds are neat and cleen , Bath rooms are also good and clean altogether its new hotel but location is not so good.

As I had a few hours between 2 flights, I did some research about hotels near BKK airport. As there seem to have few expensive options, I decided to try the Siam Piman Hotel Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
From the airport, it took me about 30min to get to the hotel (at 2am, no traffic) and paid about 300THB, that's about the same price than getting to BKK downtown. On the way back, it however took me 15 min and cost 250THB, so I guess the first taxi driver just took advantage of my ignorance.
The check-in and check-out was quick and efficient, the room was huge and tastefully decorated.
Considering the price, I though it was a nice enough hotel, although not exactly an airport hotel.

Good location to Airport
Very quiet Siam Piman is an oasis in the hustle of Bangkok. Its refreshing to have the quiet atmosphere and setting so close to the International Airport and yet its also located close to the Fashion Island shopping complex. The staff is so helpful and offers every assistance to the traveler. The rooms are clean and well provided. The only negative is the restuarant menu is really limited. I did have breakfast and it was ok but nothing special - with a hotel this nice, if the menu was improved, it would easily qualify as 4 star.

Kind friendly staff, clean, and close to the airport. There is nothing else close by other than the airport. We were only there for a quick one night stay, which this place is perfect for. Clean comfortable beds and very nice staff, great breakfast in the morning to send you on your way. Great price for what you get. I would definitely stay here again.

FREE airport pickup and return! Friendly reception at midnight, clean rooms and bathrooms with comfy beds; wakeup service on time. Pretty patio with flowers and plants to eat. Unappetizing breakfast: Red hot dogs, white bread toast, Tang juice, but fresh fruit too. The good Thai breakfast rice soup would probably have been better than a Western version.... This hotel is a great value for the good rooms and nice staff. The approach and the neighborhood do really look dicey but I'd read the reviews so was reassured when we started down a grubby alley, to a clean hotel! I saw a "spa"or sign for one, but I didn't try it or really see where it was. I will go back with my group of 6 on our way out of BKK after trip around Thailand and Laos.
Hotel Feature Tip : FREE airport pickup and return to airport!! They met us at the #3 Arrival door as promised, although this info is a bit hard to find on agoda.com website.

Clean, friendly staff, large rooms No WiFi available, extra charge of 250 THB per day for wired internet This was one of the rare occassions where the photos on the web actually mostly corresponded to the reality. The hotel seems to be fairly new and the standard rooms are huge, clean and offer everything the average traveller needs. The staff was super friendly, spoke acceptable English and I thought that this hotel offered a good value for the money. The only negative thing was the extra charge for Internet access. The location of the hotel is not ideal for a sightseeing stay in Bangkok, however it is very close to the airport and perfect for anyone with business to attend in Minburi.

Welcoming, staff very friendly and helpful, room facilities worth the money, easy access.
The hotel is nothing to complaint, is only that the location is a bit remote. The Siam Piman Hotel offer pleasant environment to stay if you need to get away but less money to spend on accomodation. The delux room is very well presented with the basic facilities, and of course the internet, the must for nowadays. The room is spacious, facilities provided has it own quality, worth for the money paid.
The staffs were very friendly and attentive. The food is excellent. If you looking for relaxation, hotel can arrange to send to the recommended spa nearby, proven the service.
Bangkok is just 45 min away by road, or you can take the light transit at nearby station.

helpful staff clean spacious room close to airport long distance from main sites, atleast 90min by local bus we boked this hotel on the off chance and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The staff were very helpful and informative and the room was clean and spacious. The location was good in terms of accessibilty to airport but much too far out of the main sites. Use the 113 bus and 60 bus to town at approx 10 bt each. taxi about 150bt. Recommended the stay.
