Wonderful hotel with amazing views

this is the second time i have stayed at siam @ siam design hotel and i will definitely go back again. amazing views of the city and close to shopping centres.
the staff are friendly and extremely helpful, it was that little bit extra that really stands out. i will recommend this hotel to anyone.

enjoyed my stay apart from being incorrectly charged for having an extra person staying in my room, i argued the point and in the end gave up as i couldn't be bothered arguing with the business class floor representative.
Shopping Tip:
Know what your looking to buy the quality of it and know what it costs as the big shopping centres are as expensive as anywhere else in the world.

lovely hotel and service and great location

Only here for 2 nights but all aspects of the hotel were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and resonably well appointed.Check out the free fitness centre and sauna.Roof top bar has great views although quite empty during my stay. Nice touch was the band playing in the lower bar in the evening.Food from the restaurant in the evening was fine although maybe a little on the pricey side.Great location near the metro making it easy to get around.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Easy to get to from airport...450 baht, including tolls and 25mins to get in with no traffic on toll road

Hotel location superb. Staff are very friendly and oriented. Transport wise very easy Juz outside the hotel can get a cab or tut tut very easy. Cleanliness of the room are well maintain as well. For sure I will visit this hotel again on my 2nd trip to Bangkok. As for recommended to friends, it a YES......

We stayed for a short weekend at the Siam. It is perfectly situated for shopoholics and the night life. If you're interested to visit the different Wats it is a bit far out. However there is a sky train station right next to the hotel which will bring you to the river from where you can take the boat. To take a cab will take you ages - and you will age 10 years.
The breakfast was good, big buffet with a elaborate selection of different dishes. The pool is quite something and the bar has a cool view over the city. The concierge was extremely helpful and also had no issue to organize us a tuck-tuck even though they try hard to sell you their far too overpriced transport. We both enjoyed a spa treatment which was by far one of the best massages I ever had in Thailand.
Overall a very nice hotel, would go there again.
The only drawback I have to note is the staff at the lobby. They were either understaffed or we came at a bad moment when we checked out.
