Incredible decor, hotel staff very friendly

First time to Bangkok. Great place to stay. Food options terrific and reasonable.

beautiful roof top restaurant, great to get away for the craziness of bangkok
loved the stay. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious and the bed was quite compfortable. the restaurant was lovely and the food very enjoyable.

Hotel with personality but weird decoration
Near shopping malls. Lotus tesco is not far away.
I don't think they reach the height of a 4 star hotel. The room is small with a really weird decoration (some people can call it distinctive, but whatever, the wall looks like blood vessel, which make me sick whenever I stare at the wall.) The bathtub is dirty which makes me very ungry, I almost try to change the room, but my husband stops me, because he doesnt mind it, he is very tired already, so he doesnt want to move anymore. But I come to a 4 star hotel in thailand, NO BATHTUB? I really cant bear with it. I try to clean it, but my husband said it is really dirty, he really doesnt want me to soak in that bathtub. Anyway, I should change the room. But I didnt, So I am so sorry, I dont like this hotel. I wont come any more.

Hotel with friendly service
Near skytrain, very nice bars especially the on on the roof
Personally I didn't find decor of the room and public areas much fascinating but that is a matter of personal taste. Too dark for me. Nevertheless very friendly service and fantastic outdoor bar and dining area on the rooftop. Good (fast) WiFi and free of charge.

good hotel, bad service
good central position, close to shopping and transport
we were travelling in a big party ( 8 double rooms) and all felt that the hotel was well situated but that the service was very lacking. the staff in the breakfast area were unfriendly and unhelpful and it felt like they were doing us a favour by serving us. the concierge kept trying to direct us to shop at a nearby souvenir shop, we all thought there must have been something in it for him particularly when each time we asked for directions etc we got the same reply from him ... go to the local souvenir shop !!!. that left us all with a poor taste. none of the party of 16 would stay there again

Good choice for SPA lover
Stylish decoration
This is a very stylish hotel. It don't have classy lobby but a hip reception at mid-level of the building. The SPA is so nice too. Service is better than some professional salon. Rooftop bar is also a good place to stay. We can enjoy dinner with spectacular night view of Siam area after the whole day walk.

good location, seriously modern styling
just on the outskirt of the tourist circle, nice friendly places in the neigbouring streets
spent two night while on business meetings. have been here before, this time i felt the place was a bit more occupied by tours. as a consequence(?) food quality and attention suffered, specially the breakfast buffet wasn't good. things like leaving peel on the pineapple, not refilling coffee and generally not keeping the place clean isn't good. still a good choice but they need to get the act together - or you need to get a really good deal. final negative comment: the elevators are simply not coping!!! had to spend ages going up and down (and there's lot of that with a lobby on 14:th floor)
